Heave, bad sound,mic arm to short. Uncomfortable. Stay clear!!!

Ok headset same as a $25 pair Mic is not good. Waste of $$$

I bought this headset per request of a friend, but once I got home with it, it took me over an hour and then some trying to set it up. The program you download has no settings to fix the mic. It only focuses on the surround sound feature. The sound isn't even that good. If anything it's more of a muffled surround sound. The mic would cut off on me when I'm speaking, but pick up every mouse click and occasional typing. Only way people can hear everything I am saying is if I practically yelled or spoke very slowly. I tried looking to see if I can get a solution to the problem online and each one had the same useless answers. First time I bought a headset, and returned it the next day.

Love my Razer - Kraken Pro Analog Gaming Headset - Green . Just got it for Christmas to replace my broke Turtle Beach Ear Force Z2 and love the quality and sound and free upgrade to Pro.Much stronger looking than my Turtle Beach Ear Force Z2 so shouldn't break like they did.Love the retractable Mic, not in the way when I don't need it.Sounds awesome .

Bought them for my son's gaming and said the sound was not good. Ended up getting g different ones to replace.

I usually read reviews before buying headphones/headsets but did not before this purchase. These are made of plastic, are uncomfortable and sound terrible.. Muffled sound. I bought them, took them home and listened to them, tried to adjust EQ on my soundcard and ended up bringing them back the next day. I'm a studio engineer so I know sound. Not recommended.

So I bought these from the local bestbuy store, and I would have to say these are one of the best headsets I've ever used. I am an avid gamer, playing a few hours everyday and listening to music in between. They are extremely comfortable, it feels like im not even wearing them. Also the sound quality is truly awesome. I bought these when the free 7.1 surround sound promotion was out, and the software that allows you to have that (razer synapse)is really great, it includes an equalizer that allows you to get the perfect sound. i am completely ecstatic with this headset, only one problem i have is that the cord is kinda short, but that isnt a huge issue.

We didn't check reviews for this before we bought it, that was our mistake. When we could not get the mic to work right my son went and checked online and there were lots of problems with this head set, but you could buy a part or follow a youtube videoto try and correct it

These headphones lasted 2 months before the left ear shorted out and the right ear was crackely. Also the sound quality was only "decent" even when new.

This is a beautiful headset. Not only is it beautiful but it feels amazing on my ears, and the quality of sound that comes with this headset is, to me, literally unheard of. I was so impressed with the quality of this. I would recommend getting the Razer Synapse for a better experience. 10/10

these are not good at all. poor sound. I took them back and got a different set.

the sound is pretty good. I have had it for 5 years so the durability is quite good. I'm not a big fan of the construction, it fits around your ear and leads to fatigue after some time. The mic is pretty good as well. Just not a big fan of razor products after buying two of their headphones. Not the best head set maker, and their products are overpriced. Oh and razor doesn't even make their products they get someone else to, probably in china

Great sounding headphones. Do not game but use them to listen to you tube videos and music. They sound great and are really comfortable.

I bought these because I stream my gameplay on the X1, PS4 and PC. They work amazing with all three! They are comfortable for people with smaller ears and heads. If you have large of either I can see them being an issue, but not a deal breaker. On my PS4 I did have to adjust my ingame volume to get my voice heard well, and on my X1 I had to update my controller to get them to work properly. But at the amazing price of $35 they were worth every penny!

Hard to find a gaming headset that fits a 10 year old boy. This one is perfect. The sound quality is good and so is the construction. My only issue is that this purchase and several other large ones were not posted to my Best Buy account, therefore I am missing many points. Can someone at Best Buy remedy this for me now? I don't want to have to make a phone call or come to a store to get this done.

The Razer Kraken Pro is a decent headset. But if you turn on the bass boost everyone in your chat (if you use a VoIP chat) hears what you hear. Which kind of takes out the fun of being able to enjoy the bass when you want. The bridge band that goes over your head starts to get uncomfortable after long use. The cushion around the ears are comfortable if you have smaller ears and I do like that the Krakens fold up so that you can store them away in a bag if you need too. I also like that if you want you can use them as a headset with your phone. Next time I'll spend the extra money though and get a pair of Astros.

My second headset since my turtle beach. They're very comfortable, they block out the background sound good, the only thing is, the volume. I've set up an equalizer, volume on full blast everywhere I can turn it up, and I've had earbuds louder than this. The sound is very muffled, they are very bass oriented. If you plan on playing games with them, get them for sure; but for music, no.

Sound quality and mic are good they work well on my PC and ps4 highly recommend

The Razer Kraken Pro is an interesting purchase; it sports a removable audio-only plug that comes with an adapter that you can leave in your PC for use with both Audio and Recording. Completely worth every penny. My only problem with the product doesn't come from the manufacturer: Best Buy only carries the green color in stock while you need to order online for the other colors.

My son uses the headphones 23/7 - not kidding. These things stand up to a lot of use and with the insurance I can replace them anytime without cost. We've been using Kraken for a couple years and usually need to use the insurance, but definitely worth it.
