Razer is a great company and this headset is to! I haven't had a single issue with it, and the 7.1 virtual surround sound is absolutely amazing!

This was for my son to use while gaming on his PC. Excellent sound quality, and the microphone can be slid out of the way when not chatting.

This item is the best. Allows you to customize the bass and sound to your liking. I I changes colors with the chroma keyboard and mouse.

After having difficulty with a prior Razer headphone purchase, I am very happy to say that these Kraken Pro headphones are built very well. Add the fact that they simply plug right into the Xbox One controller, and they just work, no adaptors, no ugly feedback. Perfect for online gaming.

Comfortable, feels just like the 90 dollar version I use at work. Great sound, 7.1 works great. Only complaint I have is when in chat servers a couple people complained about background noise from the Mic, but if you don't have a mechanical keyboard (like I have) and a quite environment it works just fine.

For the price point, this is an excellent headset that outperforms some higher priced counterparts.

We had originally chosen a 7.1 Chroma, but went back and got this one instead which my daughter enjoys much more!!

The headset's microphone took some time to adjust itself to feedback and fuzziness, but after that, the quality of the sound was excellent, both input and output.The retractable microphone is also a very handy feature for someone with limited storage space like me.

My son is very happy with this product which has also purchased Razer keyboard and mouse.

Short cord with single plug and longer adapter cord to two plugs. I bought it to use for voice chat at work, but couldn't get the computer to hear the mic well. It works fine at home so it could be a problem with the computer. They fit well and have good sound.

These were bought for my husband and he loves them. He said he can't hear anything outside of his game. Ugh! But, seriously he likes the sound quality and the fact that the mic will fold in is great! Worth the money for sure and I don't have to hear his games in the background! :) :)

My son asked if he could get a new headset cause he broke the connecting cord on his past headset and he saw these were on sale after reading reviews of other gamers he follows. So we got them and he loves them... the color the sound the comfort and fit.. all around he loves them.

I really enjoy listening to the high quality sound, listening to music and using for computer gaming.
