Excellent sound quality, clear output, great overall

The sound quality was great but the microphone on the other hand wasn't the best. Stopped working after a couple of months.

Easy to use and good clear sound makes this a really nice midrange price point headset.

We enjoy using the headphone especially with capacity to turn on/off the speaker.

Husband loves these headphones for gaming and just to listen to music.

This headset is really comfortable and easy to use. The retractable mic is a good feature and it's easy to control with the switch.

The sound quality was nice, but I found the earphones themselves too small and instead of going around my ears, they sat on my ears which got aggravating to play with after 2-3 minutes. Maybe they work better for kids with small ears

Luckily we bought the extended warranty. The left side went out 3 times. When we went back the 3rd time he got a different brand. Best buys extended warranty was worth the 9 dollars. The headset, per my 16 year old son, suck!!

Can't go wrong, I wanted a quality headset for my PS4 & saw these. They're not gonna Blow you away with sound , but they will get the job done. & they Hurt after long periods of use (3hrs & up).

I use this for gaming and also at work. Haven't had any issues

Horrible, in short time the sound went out , I returned them now the mic no longer works. Was able to return to store the first time now I am forced to try to get a resolution with the manufacturer, do not buy these.

I bought this just for the fact that a coworker recommended me this headset. wow was I impressed. Not only can I use these for my phone or tablet but they work great for my xbox one. Nice sound and Bass, chat clearer than ever. 5/5

Beautiful sounding stereo cans, matches the xbone white controllers, gave slight headaches while marathon gaming on my fat head, (virtual) surround sound only on PC with an included code for software download. Not recommended for console unless you have a smaller head and don't mind missing out on SS.

Worked like a charm when i first got. I think it will last me a long time.

The Razer Kraken is a great headset. I love it because it sounds good for gaming and listening to music. The mic is decent. I love how it has the mute control because my background noise is just annoying and its a waste of time if you're trying to mute in a Skype call when you're in an intense battle and in full screen, all you have to do is switch a control.

Sound quality not too bad,but the mic that's another story just got them today and will be going back to them tomorrow. messed with my setting to try and ge the mic working but no luck sound like your in a cave and hard for others to you hear. its has lot of bass might be good for music but other then that wont be keepin these

After my existing Razer Krakens started to give me issues, I decided to replace them with a new pair. I purchased a few other headsets and didn't like the quality or construction as well as the Razer Kraken. After a few months with a different headset, I decided to pick these up. No complaints at this point. They work well and the connection takes some abuse and is well built.

These are good overall gaming headphones. Good quality sound

Bought this as a gift for my 10 year old grandson's birthday. He said he likes it.
