Customer Ratings & Reviews

They sound great, but I’m disappointed with the software and inconsistency of these headphones. I got them on sale and enjoy them a lot when they work, however they randomly disconnect and using the software is super frustrating when it refuses to sense the headset half the time. I wouldn’t recommend them in their current state, and it’s a shame because they are so comfortable and the build quality is great.

Very high quality. It’s comfortable and fancy. An absolute steal with the Black Friday Sale. It’s battery life seems shorter than expected, but turning it off and charging between uses should end you up with no problems. I wish it was a USB-C for the wireless connection, but that’s a bit nitpicky. Great product.

Pleasantly surprised way way way better than expected! I wanted a new gaming headset with immersive bass and treble with good sound quality. I got all that and way more! First of all for a gaming headset the sound signature is very good I did not expect to enjoy it for Music and Movies as well! Now I cannot watch movies without using this headset. I used to own a Razer Kraken and I know that the bass is super loud on these models but this version the Kraken V3 Pro Hypersense really hit the spot. The Bass is loud but not too loud that its borderline torture and overpowering, the Bass here is balanced with the sound and you can clearly hear the vocals in movies, songs and games. You can pump the Bass and volume up if you really want to and the drivers will still perform and deliver explosions like you have never heard and experience before no kidding! If the default out of the box power is not enough for you (I doubt) you can still amp It up thru the Razer Synapse Software bot the sound, bass and Hypersense vibrations! Now lets talk about the HyperSense feature of this headset. They nailed the implementation 100% The first time I used it I removed the headset because my senses are not used to the Hypersense feedback of the headphones on top of the loud realistic sound of the headset, but after a few mins I began to incorporate and associate the Hypersense vibrations to ingame or cinematic elements that I am consuming. It is just an amazing feature that I now cannot game without anymore. Build quality and Aesthetic. This is a 10/10 for me also From packaging to the build quality everything is top notch premium. I was staying away from RGB heavy headset but Razer incorporated the RGB on the side of the headphones beautifully!!! Elegant and Premium one of the best if not the best looking wireless gaming headset out there!

Before trying this headset, we were tried and true Corsair supporters. But going with this was a great choice. The sound quality, fit, and performance is amazing and so worth it! On top of it all, the haptic feedback is very immersive!

I bought the Kraken V3 Pro's after looking at the build quality and some reviews, thinking hey these are a solid build. When I got them home, unboxed them, they are solid, metal built, and have a great feel on the head. The sound was pretty good, using the spatial option, and using the Synapse software you can set a myriad of options to tune the sound, hypersense response, and even sleep mode. The mic is rather good also, with quality of sound and response. I used the headphones for gaming, meetings, and a wide array of hi-fi music. The RGB settings can be controlled via Synapse to flow with your other Razer components, a nice touch. However, the problem comes in with the usage of the headphones and battery life. I have my sleep mode set to turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity & hyper-sense turned off, but I was not able to get anywhere near the published claim on the headphones. I was constantly charging them. The other issue was I had to constantly plug and unplug the USB dongle or turn the headphones off when switching apps such as YouTube to watching movies on the Windows app, the sound would stop working. I had the headphones fully updated, and tried resets, but it continued on this spiral. Then the plastic sides developed cracks from normal use (see photo), so I ended up returning them reluctantly. I really liked the build and quality of the headphones in several respects, the actual use was annoying in some key parts noted.

By far the best headset i’ve ever owned. Its great for games like Rainbow Six Siege where sound is important, you can hear things that your teammates don’t and know exactly where its coming from. The sound quality is also perfect for listening music especially if you like bass. Plus the mic quality is great too, the people I play with tell me I sound like i’m talking to them in real life. Definitely worth the price

These headphones are extremely high quality and very comfortable compared to other razor headsets.

Incredible sound, with a great battery durability, and very comfortable, I spent several hours with it and it doesn't bother

Great sounding headset and the price is fair for what you get. Works great with PC & PS5, will work wired with Xbox plugging into the controller. I think these sound better than the Astro A50 and for the price is a better deal. Wish it had bluetooth but for the price the features it does have are worth the cost.

Love these headphones. If there was ANY down side to them it would be battery life but other then that.. the haptic feedback is absolutely game changing. Thank you so much for changing the experience for me because my hearing alone is terrible! The haptic feedback is exactly what I needed.

Razer is a great company that rebrands their same technology into something new each year. Find you a headset you like & it will be great! Superb quality on sound for gamers with a lot of adjustments that can be made through their software. Materials are always meh.

To admit i was very skeptical at first before purchasing because the only headset i have that is somewhat like this is the sony pulse elite headset for ps3. But i can happily say that omg these are amazing. They auto adapt to whatever your listening to, the surround sound is terrifyingly good especially for horror games. Overall if you have the time and money, its definitely a purchase you wont regret.

I like it. Has good battery life and good quality. The only issue is how unintuitive the controls are. The application needs better UI.

Good sound, amazing Haptic feedback, usb c charging :)

I love being able to make all my gaming gear lights match! I love the sound quality and the noise canceling from the outside world as well! This brand is just all around always amazing and I’ve always gone back to them for all of my PC gaming gear first choice from day one of trying!

The Best Buy. With the best deal! The Bass is impossible to explain how much quality it puts out. I bought them for my daughter. I should have bought them for the world.

The Razer Kraken V3 Pro is one of the most frustrating products I’ve ever owned. It has great hardware, but the software issues turned it into a constant headache — especially for a headset at this price. The good • Comfort: Very comfortable for long sessions. • Sound quality: Strong, immersive, and clean. • HyperSense haptics: Surprisingly fun and adds immersion. With ANC, it would be perfect. • Passive isolation: Solid for gaming and media. • RGB: Looks great and adds presence to the setup. The real problem: the software This is where everything went downhill. Everything worked fine at first… until the first system update. After that, the headset became a daily nightmare: • Random disconnects after any small system or Synapse update. • Mic issues: It would work perfectly, then suddenly stop transmitting audio. • Restarting didn’t fix it. • Reconfiguring didn’t fix it. • I had to uninstall Synapse, delete all settings, reinstall everything, or even switch to another headset just to keep playing. • During matches, the headset would disconnect on its own, and when it reconnected, it sometimes froze my entire PC.• Funny enough, this only happened while gaming. With no games open, it didn’t freeze. And here’s the most ridiculous part: Every time it disconnected and reconnected, Synapse detected it as a “new device.” I ended up with 10+ copies of the same headset in my audio device list, each one needing to be reconfigured from scratch. More software inconsistencies • Synapse would show the headset as “disconnected” even while it was on and working. • The battery percentage was inaccurate, often showing random numbers. • The battery itself isn’t great — I had to keep it plugged in almost permanently. Battery Not terrible, but not good enough for a wireless headset at this price. And since I had to keep it wired most of the time, the “wireless” part became pointless. Conclusion The Razer Kraken V3 Pro has excellent comfort, strong sound, and fun haptics, but the software issues completely ruin the experience. Random disconnects, mic failures, inaccurate battery readings, Synapse detecting it as a new device every time, and even PC freezes made this the most stressful Razer product I’ve owned. They’re working fine now, thankfully… but I’ll never forget the trauma these headphones gave me. And let me be honest: if I ever had to live through that experience again, I wouldn’t want these — not even for free. Great hardware + terrible software = a product I cannot recommend.

These work well in sense of noise direction &noise cancelling the thing I don’t like abt these are the range, if you walk into another room these keep tying to reconnect. My old headset had a ton of range and when I upgraded I was disappointed

Great sound on all platforms, music, gaming and movies. The spatial sound im not really a fan of. The vibration of the headohones on your head is to wierd for me to get us to, but you can turn it of and its amazing without it honestly.

These headphones are hit different I am hard of hearing but with these boys I can feel and play games better so glad I got them .
