Razer has good products but this one is a bit quieter than the other two I had we will see if this one holds up

Poor sound quality, the software doesnt support anything for those headpohnes but to lower and increase the volume no mic sensitivity, nothing. Very poor sound quality as well, thought it will be similar to the wirless ones in the sound quality but nope, I was wrong. Only gave it 2 stars for the design its comfortable. Not recommended for gamers especially if you need precise hearinf for footsteps directions.

We had these before last pair lasted 6 years using every day best purchase for the price would highly recommend these headphones if looking was not in store but paid for them at store and they were delivered next day to where we live five stars definitely

Don't buy these. The sound quality is good enough but the volume dial on them does not work and that's apparently just how they are from the factory. If you are ok with not that loud of a sound you won't be ok with the 3 foot cord they come with. Great for PC, terrible for console unless you want to move your couch directly in front of the TV.

headphones are great, the software is not so good, the 7.1 surround sound glitches at least 1 time everyday leading to a restart of my system, windows 11 pro,

Was uncomfortable to wear and was unable to check sound quality because it says you need to register product in Razer app to be able to install the driver. I don't even bother registering products for Razer anymore because most of the time it says invalid code for different Razer products.

Not impressed. Uncomfortable, had to crank volume up to hear normally. Returned them and bought a Logitech.

I originally purchased these due to needing a new headset, and I can safely say that I'm happy with my purchase! The surround sound works well, the headset is comfortable and I love the customisable colors!

Im sure the headset is fine and works properly and is acurately priced.. I made the mistake of not doing enough research about the product and bought without realizing the usbc/usb connection and not headphone jack which the ps5 controller only accepts. You can plug the mic straight in the console but is not ideal for me personally! The review is based off my negligence not the product quality.
