Material is good quality, but....

But there was some kind of flaw of using this headset... I dont know how to configure this headset at first... apparently this headset needs synapse 2 application in order to use it. But i have synapse 3 and its compatible with my other razer products (mouse, keyboard, goliath extended mat pad) but not with this Kraken 7.1. So I guess I have to buy the Kraken Kitty Edition one thats COMPATIBLE with synapse 3. Be aware of what synapse you have. You could install synapse 2.0 but how would it work with synapse 3.0 with your other upgraded razer products? Oh and the audio quality is kinda poor... My corsair void headset sounds premium than kraken. So idk if I want to complete my "All Rose Quartz razer products" it'll look good for my setup. But overall, I want good quality.
