The headphones worked great, but Friday the prong broke off the plug in. Since it's past the due date, I can't return the item. Otherwise, the headphones worked great until then.

Muffled: Don’t know what people were talking about but the sound Quality was awful and at $100 that’s outrageous. My Lenovo head set Are superior in sound and now are only $31 so maybe I’ll just get another pair extra pair of those. But these do look pretty in pink that’s and that’s for sure but they are a little tight around the ears. The retractable microphone is nice but on my Lenovo also have that better sound. But another plus with pretty in pink came with a extension or extra length which I’ve never seen a headset do yet without you having to buy it and pay extra. It is not the worst I guess it’s just that’s not fit my needs it’s got to be better than what I have already asked for and that’s what I’m looking for. Better. But perhaps I already have it.

It’s a great headset if you are in need of a wired headset. If you need a wireless one for gaming on your Xbox Series X get the Microsoft option for $99.

Honestly this mic is just ok, sound quality is not great and mic isn’t too great either. The retractable mic doesn’t work as a mute so I’m confused as the point of it. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re on a budget it would definitely work for casual gaming but if you have money to spare I would look elsewhere.

Cord became exposed within first month of use. I only use these to game and only game a couple nights a week so I was very disappointed. They do still work, but I have to be carful with it since the cored integrity is compromised. Mic also doesn't always pick up my voice, but this is a problem I have consistently with headphones and I'm more soft spoken personally.

Average sound, nothing special. The color is very cute in person have gotten a lot of compliments on them. They do sore my jaw because of the way they sit but it could just be for me.

I would like to start this review off by saying that I purchased this about 2 months ago and decided to wait on the review to make sure I could rate it accurately. As stated in the title of my review, this is definitely the best headset in its price range for some very good reasons. The first reason is this sounds amazing for an $80 headset, especially with the included EQ software by Razer. Second reason is the headset is very comfortable to wear for long sessions because of the size and shape of the ear cushions gel in them. I can accurately speak for the comfort of these as I wear them for the majority of a day at a time. The final pro of this headset has to be the built-in retractable microphone, as it is a decent quality mic for the price of the headset and having that extra function of retraction when you don't want it is very useful. This headset does not have any outstanding flaws of function or design, although there are a couple areas for slight improvement. The two areas being the mic and headband. I know I previously stated the mic is decent for the price, and it is, however I am sure it can be improved upon a little. On the headband, I believe there is room to improve it to be more on par with the design of the ear cushions. All in all, I rate the headset 5 stars.

Wait time for delivery could be better but really I was just excited to be able to hear everything. I can hear everything from the bomb being planted to the pin of a grenade being pulled. You also can upgrade the drivers for free by simply following the instructions that came in the box. Oh okay I’ll spill the beans…. The free upgrade is to THX ☺️ that’s right! The same software that movie theaters use for that awesome heart stopping surround sound we all love. This is definitely worth every penny.

Great wired 7.1 headset. Retractable mic, cushioned head pieces, very comfortable for long game plays, and amazing sound. My only complaints are the length of the cord which is short and it's not a USB connection or doesn't come with a USB adapter. Other than that it's an all around great buy if you need a gaming headset for console or PC.

These are an amazing value. The sound is great, game play sounds about as realistic as it can. I compared several Razer products and others costing ^ $200 and these are still my favorite. I wear glasses and find these form around them with no discomfort at all. I know all heads are not the same shape so it may or may not be the same for you. I paid full price years ago for the 1st set. If I hadn't run over the jack at the end of the cord with my wheeled chair I would still be using them! I have even found affordable replacement ear pieces and headband covers on Ama.... I have only one Con - the mute button is not as convenient as I would like - but that is minor! You will not be disappointed with these!

Headset is very comfortable, great sound quality, and a great price. I trust this brand and would buy again everytime! THROW OUT THOSE TURTLE BEACHES!!

My first year with these was decent, sound is great when you don't enable 7.1. I like that it has the analog audio connector, with splitter for for mic. They are heavy and I can't comfortably wear them more than a couple hours. The mic can rotate and aim away from your mouth, which greatly affects how you sound to others from one call to the next. I do not recommend this product for WFH, and believe there are better options for gaming as well, even at this price point. The volume control on the cord wore out on mine within the first year, despite never really changing it - it now randomly cuts one ear out, or crackles. I've not been convinced its worth sending in for replacement/repair despite being within warranty.

Headset if very comfortable and the mic is easily adjustable. The clarity of these headphones are great. My only complaint is the cord that attached to your PC/laptop is very cumbersome.

Got these on a nice discount but even if I didn’t they are absolutely worth the regular price, these are my second pair my first ones lasted 4 years and probably would have gone longer but I accidentally dropped them but don’t worry about build quality they are very well made I just dropped them from a balcony haha. They are very comfortable for long playing sessions they sound great perfect levels of bass and highs also the best feature for me is they are multi platform so I can go from my series x to my ps5 to my PC with no issues no updates or dongles etc etc. If you are in the market and trust me I know there are lots of options give these a chance for under $100 it’s a great deal even better on sale.
