Cool Chroma features, software needs some work

Games aren't always recognized in the profiles and the Chroma setup can be a beat annoying with some inabilities to know which layers you're selecting and which colors are in that layer. Overall the mouse itself is solid and comfortable and has just enough buttons for all the games I play (even decent use for MMOs; I used to have the Razer Naga MMO mouse for games like WoW, etc.) Very customizable and affordable when on a sale.

Decent initially; prone to issues down the road
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When my old Logitech mouse started double clicking, I began looking in to a replacement for it and saw this on sale for $60 and decided to go for it. It's a very nice and comfortable mouse, and for the first 5 months or so, I had no issues - clicking and movement were very smooth. Soon afterwards, however, the sensor would randomly stop working from time to time, freezing my cursor on the screen. Razer's suggestion of upgrading the firmware did not work - I was still experiencing cursor freezes. The issue became so frequent that after two months of using the left/right/center click quickfix, I decided it was time for a new mouse altogether. In a nutshell, I was disappointed to see such a high-end mouse end up lasting me little over half a year. While Razer is indeed a great company and a lot of their products are wonderful, I'd strongly advise passing on the Mamba Tournament Edition mouse.
