My old steel series (2013 model) finally started having issues with the buttons, and I wanted a new mouse with plenty of additional buttons. So after looking through a several options, I decided to go with this one. Despite being a Razer, it actually doesn't have too much of a "gamer" look to it, which was a good thing for me. You do need to install Razer Central, which then installs Razer Synapse, to control all of the additional functions. However, there is internal storage to save profiles, so the mouse doesn't loose the settings between computers with some exceptions. RGB and certain other options seem to need to have the app installed to work, but it does warn you what options will and won't.
It's a bit heavier than my old mouse, but that one didn't have anything extra on it. Just the left button, right button, and scroll wheel. The buttons themselves, including the side buttons, have a nice click, though the click from tilting the scroll wheel left and right is a little weaker. With medium sized hands, my thumb rests with the tip at the middle of the top row of buttons.
Honestly, the only thing holding it back from a five star review are a few small issues that could turn into bigger issues down the road. For example, the adjustable click wheel is a neat feature and gives you a lot of freedom in how the click wheel feels in use. However, it seems to use some kind of resistive motor, which could have an effect on lifespan. Time will tell.
For $180 for a mouse, it's hard to recommend this to somebody who isn't already considering it. But if you can afford it, it's a good mouse.

General
I recently purchased the Razer Naga V2 Pro MMO Optical Gaming Mouse, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for my gaming experience! The first thing that stands out is its sleek design and comfortable grip, which makes long gaming sessions a breeze.
The interchangeable side plates are a fantastic feature, allowing me to customize the mouse to my specific gaming needs. Whether I’m diving into an intense MMO or just casually playing some strategy games, I can easily switch between the 2, 6, and 12-button configurations. This versatility means I can optimize my gameplay without any hassle.
The wireless functionality is another highlight! The connection is incredibly stable with no noticeable lag, which is crucial during those heated moments in-game. Plus, the battery life is impressive; I can game for hours without worrying about recharging.
The optical sensor is incredibly responsive, providing precise tracking that enhances my performance. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my accuracy since switching to the Naga V2 Pro. The customizable RGB lighting adds a nice touch, too, allowing me to personalize it to match my setup.
Overall, the Razer Naga V2 Pro is a top-tier gaming mouse that combines functionality, comfort, and style. I highly recommend it to any serious gamer looking to elevate their gameplay!

The multi connection options are perfect. A great upgrade if you had been using the G602 and G604 (using the 6 button side module). I only wish it would have the middle buttons mounted on the index finger *left click) like the G602/G604. And it doesn't feel to weighty - my daily is a Glorious Model I 2. (Mainly used in 2.4ghz and BT modes - I use a magnetic data cable to charge which fit with no issues)

I’m upgrading to this mouse from my previous Razer Naga PRO (2016). The buttons finally gave out after years and years of use and I personally have grown connected to this mouse style. This upgraded model has a cool attachment that allows you to switch out the key pad with other style pads for different style games (FPS, Crossover, and MMO) and that saves me the trouble of changing mouse’s for comfortability in other games. This is a solid buy because it’s also wireless and rechargeable.

I am a software developer, and this gaming mouse is very useful, I like the programamble buttons that I can assign for repetitive tasks. The quality is awesome. I would also recommend to buy a travel case to protect it, it's a good investment. Also, it is probably the only mouse model that comes with 3 connectivity options, bluetooth, radio and wired, which is needed sometimes when bluetooth is not working well and wired may be the most trustable option.

I've had friends tell me for ages to get this mouse, and I finally caved. I should have done it far sooner. I thought adjusting to 12 buttons on the side would take a while, but it was actually very intuitive and easy to get used to. It has made playing MMOs (and, really, any other button-heavy game) significantly easier.
One thing to note, I like to keep my mice plugged in, which is unusual I know, but when this mouse stays plugged in the lighting features don't exactly work. So just keep that in mind. You'll want to run it wirelessly if you want to take full advantage of chroma or synapse.

I use this for Valorant, Apex, WoW, and work. Very easy to switch between 2.4ghz for games and Bluetooth for work. I originally got this specifically for WoW but I love it for shooters too. I also have the Logitech Pro Superlight but don’t even use it now bc the Naga Pro v2 is more comfortable and versatile. Worth the money imo.

If you want an MMO mouse with the number pad on the side, this is the one. There just isn't any contest. The cheap amazon ones are well, cheap. Before this mouse I tried a Corsair RGB elite, but it failed in 3 months. You get what you pay for, especially with this awesome mouse.

Within 6 months of use, the paint is coming off of the number 4 button. After reaching out to Razer for warranty services and sending them a picture of the issue, they couldn't say if they would fix the problem or not. They stated I could purchase another product and send them the mouse I have and if the warranty is approved they would refund my money. Or I could ship them my mouse and wait an indeterminate amount of time to find out. Which doesn't work as I need it for work every day.
After buying Razer products for years, the first time I have a problem they essentially try to extort money out of me. Please take care.

I have owned the mouse for less than a month and about two weeks in the paint on two of the side buttons has completely peeled off and you can no longer see the numbers on the two buttons. For 200USD I would expect better quality. Otherwise the mouse functions great.

This is an excellent mouse that easily gets 5 stars if not for the hefty $180 price tag. After owning and loving their first version of the Naga series, the Naga Trinity, I had a good feeling I'd like this one. Sure enough, Razer delivers yet another high quality ergonomic mouse. I've tried quite a few different brands and style mouses, and none fit my hand like the Nagas. I have a medium to large size hand, and use a palm grip. The ring finger rest is a great design and helps to maintain control of a rather heavy mouse over long gaming sessions. Between the 3 interchangeable side plates, the customizable hyperscroll pro wheel, wireless that actually works, and a high quality feel, this mouse is by far my favorite and well worth shelling out a few extra bucks. I feel $150 - $160 would have been a little more reasonable making this 5 star worthy.
