Great for PC but not Xbox One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset was great! The haptic feedback does really work but I did personally feel after a while you stop feeling it as much. The surround sound is definitely amazing and has a great bass feel. I mainly game on the xbox one so the options of the headset were extremely limited. My issues were that it has not bluetooth and that it lacks options for other devices. I would have at least desired to have the RGB chroma work even if wired or be able to edit on PC and allow for it to function with those settings. Since my preference was on Xbox One I did not feel it was worth it for me but for PC use (and possibly PS4) It definitely has a lot and personally $200 is cheap for what it does. Note: when wired you can still turn the headset on for the haptic feedback and green light on the logo but a lot more is limited unless used wireless. Places to use wireless for now are on PC and I think PS4.

Incredible headset overall, low quality microphone
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely comfortable and amazing sound quality. The cooling pads around the ears works amazingly and the slots to be able to wear glasses easily with them is great. The RGB lighting looks awesome. The only con to this headset is the microphone quality being a bit low. It works okay and voice in understandable, but it is grainy and just overall lower quality when using for voice chat. If you don't need good mic quality, then this headset is incredible. Easy fix it to just get an external mic, but keep it mind.

Great headphones!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is definitely noticeable from other headphones. These are top notch, great sound! Only complaints are a little difficult to pair with certain devices with wires (as in Switch) and the battery life isn't as long as I like (but when one is grinding and on a game for half the day its expected). Also, wish one wouldnt have to pair the headphones multiple times when switching to a different device that has been previously configured. Otherwise, definitely pick up a pair if in search of a good sound guality headphones.

PC : weird, but decent
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.somewhat overly designed without enough consideration for regular functionality. good example is the placement of the volume wheels, leaning your head against anything will hit them. overall the sound quality is not bad, good spatial effects and 3d is enjoyable. the haptics i found to be off-putting for most games and music. though it was a good effect for a few others, Armored Core 6 most noteably. Fairly comfortable but a bit loose and can drift a bit.

Finally, a wireless headset with manageable hiss
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went through two other wireless headsets before I finally found these that do not have the static / white noise / hiss which plague wireless headsets. For these, I have to change the volume knob on the headset to be between 20% and 80% to reduce the hiss down to negligible levels. Outside that range, the hiss is just as bad, if not worse, than the other headsets I've tried. But regardless, I'm very happy to find a keeper. Comfort - good enough. I have a bigger-than-average head, big ears, and glasses. No issues with comfort 3+ hours of use. Sound Quality - Not the best I've heard. For music it's bass heavy, and the bass comes out muddled. In-games it sounds great for footsteps, environment effects, and voice chat. Clearly tuned for gaming, which is fine by me. Microphone - N/A, I use a desktop mic. Cant comment. Installation - More difficult than it needs to be. It installs three (!) audio devices when plugged, THX, Game, and Chat. And in the software, when I adjust EQ and other settings, not all of those devices reflect the changes. Very confusing, but I had to try a few different default audio devices in Windows control panel before getting the right one. Also, the game/chat knob on the headset doesnt make any sense to me, but when taking these on and off, I sometimes unknowingly move the this knob or the volume knob and wonder why I can't ear any audio before figuring it out. Battery - So far, two days of heavy use and I'm around 50%. OK, not great. Software - Had to add a section for the awful Synapse software. It's one step above Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 which literally crashes the PC it's installed on. Synapse doesn't crash my PC, but the settings never stick upon reboot. It also keeps bugging me to create an account and log-in, which is overkill when all I want to do is turn off the haptic feedback. Which reminds me... Haptic feedback - It's a guilty pleasure of mine that enhances the bass when bumping some music, but starts to rattle my brain after a few minutes and probably drains the battery, so I turned it off. It's a fun gimmick, but I wouldn't miss it if I had the step-down model. Overall, I just wanted an adequate set of wireless gaming headphones, which is asking for a lot. After several tries with other brands, these are keepers.

Razer Nari Review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing Product. I own multiple products made by Razer and have used their products for a bit over 8 years and is the only company I buy my peripherals from. This headset is quite impressive and is a perfect addition to my collection. I bought it to replace an old wired headset that was a 7.1 surround sound and this headset by far outperforms in quality over my old Platonics RIG HD 515 and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this headset because it has features that do help with gaming it has a volume on the left ear that controls whether a person wants to hear just the in-game audio or just voice chat and has the option to be able to hear both, the right ear has the main volume and where the wireless dongle connects into for storage, when the mic is muted it has a visualization with a red ring on the tip of the microphone which I personally like quite a bit, the mic itself retracts inside the headset to protect it from being damaged, the lighting is bright and syncs perfectly with any other Razer product with the help of Razer Synapse, the ear pads are quite comfortable they do not stick to sweaty skin nor do they collect sweat, the pads are firm enough to hold onto a person's head without falling off and the auto adjustment for the headband fits perfectly, I am personally not a fan of wireless peripherals but I have made an exception for this headset which can also be wired, the battery life lasts 3 days of gaming without a charge without lighting and 2 1/2 days with lighting enabled, and now the sound quaility alone is outstanding mixed with THX Spatial audio the sound quaility is flawless and I have been able to hear things in-game I never knew were there, the quality of this headset has impressed me significantly and I would definitly and highly recommend this headset to anyone. The price is a bit expensive but with the quality of sound it produces and the durability and features this headset has, I would honestly buy it again at full price. As I said I own multiple Razer products some that have lasted 4 years without any issues, I have a Razer Black Widow Chroma V2 keyboard, Razer Firefly Chroma Mouse Mat Hard Plastic, Razer Basilisk V2 20K DPI Mouse, and now the Razer Nari Headset, with all the products I own from Razer I am beyond happy with the quality and durability of their products as a whole and again I would highly recommend not just this headset but Razer in general to anyone in PC gaming or gaming as a whole.

Pretty good headphone
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like the fact that you can use it wired or true wireless. Usually use this for gaming on my PS4 / PC / I have even used it for my phone calls on my android (wired). One issue is that it does tend to pick up a lot on the music/game in which the voice will kind of be died out. Does have two dials under the ear on each side one for the music/sound and the other for the voice volume. I like the fact that the mic is retractable and flexible. When the mic is muted the Red light does come on to advise it is on mute. The product is pretty sturdy and the ear pieces are soft in which I have used it for hours; on a hot day you will sweat. Other than that I do recommend it.

Good with some bad
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset itself is pretty good and the haptic feedback is a nice touch. However with that said the battery life is just not good, have to pretty much keep it plugged in all the time to use it normally. The features and extras that you can get on the app for it are great and have a lot to tweak and mess with. Biggest issue for me is the mic. The Mic is just not good at all, but its nice that it has one.

Great experience
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The razed Nari ultimates are quite the experience I think all gamers and headphone lovers should try. The ear cups make these headphones very comfortable dispute the weight of the headset. The best part of these headphones also happens to be the worst. In order to get what razor calls “Haptic intensity” to work you have to use razor synapse which in my experience hasn’t been great. But these headphones offer a lot of great features such as: a built in chat/game control wheel, a red light on the microphone to indicate when it has been muted, a customizable equalizer and microphone sensitivity controls just to name a few. But the main features the headphones offer is the haptic intensity. When enabled the entire headset vibrates to give you an experience that can only be understood when you try them for yourselves.

Great fit and sound. Not sure about the vibration
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure why it says PC and PS4 the headset I purchased was for PC/Xbox one. Positives This is probably the most comfortable headset I've ever tried on. Sounds great and easy to setup with the app on a PC that lets you adjust it. Negatives I believe the mic is too short I could not get the echo in party chat to go away after several hours of adjusting the settings on the app. Once I turned the headset way down the echo would go away which obviously isn't an option. After reading through forums I found out this is a very common problem and I returned my headset like a lot of others. I tried it on both Xbox and PC just to make sure the issue was consistent. The vibration in the headset was something I turned off instantly. It blocked the sound out of whichever earpiece was vibrating.

Great headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love these! The sound is great, the mic works well. They get a bit heavy after hours of playing but overall very comfortable. I particularly like the goose-neck microphone that tucks into the headset itself when not in use.

My favorite headset so far!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Razer Nari is so far my favorite headset that I have used from Razer. As much as I loved other Razer headsets I've used (for at least a year each), the Nari picks up sounds in game (and in music) that i just did not hear with the other headsets. The haptic feedback is also a pretty cool feature, as is the compartment for the usb used to connect the headset to your device _on_ the headset so that it isnt lost in travel. The around the ear earcups also turn to the side, so the rest comfortably on your collarbone when you pull them down to rest on your neck if you need to hear something outide of what you are listening to for a moment. The noise isolation is pretty fantastic as well, I can't usually hear much outside of what I'm listening to even at about 25% volume. The Audio pickup in the mic is great too, the people I game with have said my voice comes through nice and clear. Sorry for the novel, but the point is, these are great!

Super high Fidelity, but also super complex
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are absolutely amazing in their ability to create immersive sound with bass and absolutely enthralling. Sound isolation. It has haptic vibration, which amplifies base, which is an impressive thing to experience. I do have some difficulty on her day to day use, particularly with gaming, where there’s a separate volume adjuster forward it calls microphone/sound. People have difficulty hearing me or I can’t hear them based on where this wheel is positioned. When I realize somebody can’t hear me, or some thing, I realize that I must have moved it when I put them on. In a similar fashion, the Bluetooth connection is detected by the computer with two separate connections, Dash microphone or sound. I don’t understand why there are two signals coming from headphones, but if you connect with microphone, you don’t have stereo sound – it is all mono. When you’re playing a video game, which requires careful left/right distinction, if you inadvertently link it to microphone, then it doesn’t show you left and right. After a bit of sleuthing, I was able to figure this out. I deleted the connection to microphone and I can play with good stereo distinction and people can hear me fine. To microphone is able to be retracted all the way into the headphones or you can pull it out and curve it in any direction. It’s soft, but easily pliable and adjustable. There’s a separate button, you can press to actually turn off the microphone if you wanted to which is kind of nice so you don’t have to fumble around looking for the mute button. All in all, they are amazing sounding, but they are a bit complex to just plug-in use. The Razer app is critical for you to set it in a way that you like. You can adjust anything on it all the way down to the equalizer to amplify or suppress any frequency you want. It really is amazing… But you have to be ready as these are not simply great plug and play Headphones… You need to take a little time in figure them out.

Awesome headset, but heavy, and awkward
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Using this headset for my computer, I have no idea how to get the THX spatial setup to work? Or not work? No matter what settings I choose, it just does stereo. But that's besides the point. These things are HEAVY. And if it wasn't for the "cooling pads" for the ears, they'd get uncomfortable pretty quick. But the really awkward part is the "haptic feedback"... was not expecting that! It's a really, really neat sensation, but you have to get used to it. Overall, can't complain, even though they have a hefty price tag and require you to download junky Razer software. Please note: it states in the paperwork that the included wifi adaptor CANNOT be ordered separately! So if you lose it, you're stuck using these things on a tether.

Good wireless sound and haptic feedback is a win
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these on sale so the value rating helps my high mark. They sound good enough that I didn't feel I was missing a whole lot from my wired set. I have also used these with a DAC on my PC for gaming directly wired which is where the speaker quality doesn't fully hold up, but is most likely an edge case for most. Without going to some full on audiophile headset, these really do well. My main reason for purchasing, however is the haptic feedback which I like. I do feel it helps immersion when playing my PS5 with these on and some creature is stomping around and these are thumping away. The effect can be turned up quite high, but at the lowest level it does it's job best - add immersion. My one and only grip is the retractable headset tends to make a bit of a buzzing noise when not extended with some of the lower frequency sounds.

Solid Headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took awhile to get setup, requires you to dig-in/be familiar with Razer products and the accompanying management software. These are comfortable, and after properly configured the sound quality is great. Controls are a bit touchy and the EQ presets are limited. I wish I had a little more range when wandering, but this headset is a huge upgrade from my previous wired standbys.

Rumbles my Head
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset had good sound quality but the haptic feedback can take away from the base at times and can get a bit overwhelming when a person with a deep voice is speaking or music during the game has a lot of base. Overall the haptics add a lot to games and movies but it does take some getting use to and adjusting depending on the source. Adjusting the sound isn't hard at all but it has to be done through Razer's software and can be time consuming to get the right balance between sound and haptics, but once you got it <3!!

Don't just hear the game, FEEL the game!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sounding headphones. The added haptic feedback is NOT just a gimmick, it intensifies the immersion!! I can not only hear the game, but I can FEEL it in my head! Works amazingly with the spatial audio on the PS5 and even better on a PC with the software. Gave it only 4 stars because of the lack of adjustability on console I can't use it with some games like Hogwarts where it is mostly talking - sounds like everything is through a bass tube...

Great sound, bad mic...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This would be the perfect headset, however it has one BIG flaw... The Microphone.. it is absolutely horrible, even with Synapse "enhancements" it still sounds like a old landline telephone. Sound wise though its great, the Haptic feedback is amazing, in fact after using this, all other headsets sound really flat, it makes the bass and low range REALLY boom. Battery life is fair, around 8 hours and takes about 2 to charge,
