I really like this mouse for my finger tip grip. I currently game on a Mac, but will be transitioning to Windows in the near future, so I wanted a mouse that would follow me from one OS to the next. Everything works as it should, and weight and shape are great. The mouse will almost always lose its internal profile settings upon reboot - which is inconvenient. However, loading the saved profile in the software fixes it very quickly. Hopefully an update fixes this. I would recommend for fingertip grip gamers who play on Mac.

The Razer Taipan is a good mouse whether you're using it for gaming or general use- as long as you're willing to mess around with the sensitivity settings a bit. It was a tad sensitive for my tastes, but I got used to it.

Great mouse, but it is not too comfortable when use it in a long time. For game such as Dota, League of Legends, Counter Strike, Razer deathrader is better i think.

My son had outgrown the original mouse with his gaming PC. It took a few moments to get through the software download setup, but was a breeze after.

My son is very picky about the mouse he uses. Once he got this one it was clear he was very satisfied.

I bought this for my 16 year old son and he is very HAPPY with it!

While I am not a gamer I love the mouse and I have the keyboard. Since I sit at my computer working all day it has made my job easier.

My kids love this mouse, it helps them with their on line Minecfraft games. Ergonomical and easy to instal and customize settings.

It is a really good mouse. My only problem is sometimes I squeeze it too hard and press the buttons on the right side and make things go a bit wonky in my browser or in one of my games. I just have to rebind the macros for those buttons. Minor inconvenience at the most.

I've gotten a few Razer peripherals in the past, and coming from the Lachesis I had high expectations. The Taipan has in no way been a disappointment, and was even simpler as it didn't come with a disk for drivers and further complications as I was expecting. Plug and Play with professional performance. Plus, the thing is Darn sexy.

I bought this when Best Buy didn't have a Corsair Vengeance M95 for me to try. I guess I won't know what I'm missing, because the Taipan is a very nice mouse and I am happy with my purchase. Very easy to use, the Synapse 2.0 is really cool, and I won't ever buy a non-gaming mouse again. Would highly recommend.

Got it on 50% discount and for my first gaming mouse,it works great.like the dpi buttons very much...

I'm glad that I decided to purchase this mouse. It fits well in my hand. (Being a girl I have small hands), and responds well to commands. If you have small hands, you should go with this one. It is a nice fit and responds well. Also seems to be pretty sturdy. It uses a USB to plug into your computer.

Only thing that could make it better is if it was wireless.

Great for WoW and other games. I love it. Easy to use, ergonomical and doesn't make me have hand cramps!
