battery lasts like 3 weeks on every day use with 1k polling and you can set up adaptive polling so it only uses 8k when in a game to save battery life. the switches are great if you can get past the annoying tinny noise the click makes. the scroll wheel is perfect where when you scroll fast it scrolls normally and when you go slow it clicks individually. the coating is better on the white version and is superior compared to the g pro superlight. overall the price is very high but razer is the only one offering a mouse on this level with the exception of logitechs g pro superstrike which may give a slight in game advantage for 20 more dollars.

This is my first mouse upgrade since 2019. My model 0 was a trooper but finally gave out and was finally excited to see how far mouse upgrades have come since. This 8Khz sensor is no joke, actually makes a difference but be ready to tweak your DPI as the higher you go on the polling rate, the slower it feels.

I recently upgraded to the Razer Viper V4 Pro, and it has quickly become my favorite gaming mouse. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly lightweight it feels. It glides effortlessly across my mouse pad, making fast movements and precise aiming much easier, especially in competitive FPS games. The sensor performance is outstanding. Tracking feels smooth and accurate, and I haven't experienced any lag or missed inputs. The optical switches are responsive and provide a satisfying click without feeling too stiff. Battery life has also been impressive, lasting much longer than I expected between charges.

It’s been about more than a month of using this mouse and I love it. Previously I was using razor basilisk v3 wired and I can tell viper v4 pro is feather light and better in almost every way. I bought the white color and love the coating. I’m not sure if it’s just mine but sometimes left click won’t click even though I hear click sound but it works if you click again. Beside that I’m satisfied with mice and was surprised how less stressful on my hands and wrists for long time use compared to my old basilisk v3 wired which was good mice too( 2~3 year used). Price could be little bit better imo since there is so many Chinese mice out there with half price but I’m happy with my purchase.

ive been using the superlight for a year and the same with the v3. i enjoyed the v3 a lot more but that battery life was killing me. v4 has a wayy better battery life and it feels great. i can see myself using this mouse for years and i have 20 different mice.

The Razer Viper V4 Pro is a masterclass in engineering, trimming the weight down to a staggering 49g without sacrificing structural integrity. It feels incredibly agile, and the new Gen-4 Optical Switches provide a crisp, tactile click that eliminates the "mushy" feel found in many competitors. Why It Beats the Superstrike While I’ve spent plenty of time with the Superstrike, the Viper V4 Pro is now my primary for three key reasons: Refined Shape: The V4 Pro’s lower profile offers far better control for micro-adjustments compared to the Superstrike’s more generic "safe" shape. Superior Responsiveness: With the Focus Pro 50K sensor and 8000Hz polling, the motion feels noticeably smoother and more connected to the screen. Consistency: The clicks and sensor tracking remain uniform even during intense flick shots, whereas the Superstrike can feel less precise during high-speed movement. The Verdict: The Superstrike is a solid mouse, but the Viper V4 Pro is a technical leap forward. It’s lighter, faster, and simply more responsive.

This mouse is so consistent when it comes to flicking, singular, or rapid clicks. It’s very accurate and the coating on it is perfect. I also like using mouse grip and the fact that razer has always included them is amazing . 11/10 mouse

Lightweight and very sleek design. I upgraded from the original Razer Viper Pro, and this was a game-changer. Absolutely love that there is a white variation as well.

I’ve used Logitech g pro superlight and v2. Also viper v3 pro, deathadder v4 pro. This one so far is the best. Its frame sync to sync it with usb polling cadence honestly makes it more accurately consistent than anything in the past. I’m top 1% in games like Valorant, marvel rivals, Overwatch. It’s so far the best in my opinion.

[Employee of bestbuy] This mouse is just the improved version of the Viper V3 pro, which I already really liked. It was an easy choice to upgrade.

The mouse is truly a step up from previous generations even though it is a bit loud but its latency and framesync more than make up for its next level tech
