This product assembled in minutes! The only negative is it's very heavy for transport, and the battery does not last very long. But otherwise, it's very fun and sturdy!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son. I was extremely surprised at the minimal amount of assembly needed. Out of the box, the scooter was put together and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. No adjustments were needed to the chain, brake, or tire pressure. The scooter is fast and works well when properly maintained. The key is not neglecting the battery. Recommend keeping a charge on it when not in use.. (not a negative but be aware that - when shipped - the boxed product is VERY heavy)

This scooter was very simple to put together. Comes with all the tools needed. My son loves this scooter. At first it took him a few tries to figure out the balance and brakes but after that he was a pro.

Ordered online at store. They matched price from competitor and then shipped free to my home. Great experience will definatly trust Best Buy to get my Christmas gifts to me on time. This scooter was fun & fast--when it was working. Had it less than 2 weeks then the chain kept falling off & the brake system failed. Called cust service & one part not available, but when it comes in they can send it & I can put it on ( great thanks ). Called the local repair service center--can't get a return call from them--not a happy momma

We bought this scooter for our 9 year old daughter. She loves it. My wife was concerned that it would be too fast, but the speed is fine. Easy to use right out of the box. Recharges fast. Thumbs up.
