Quick and Simple start up and use for the Vizio TV we have. Good value for our simple needs.

Great Remote for edlerly user eho needs big buttons and big numbers. Could have been better it it included a sleep timer.

Simple to use, but difficult to program. It took several attempts to finally program the remote to control both the cable box and the TV. Instructions could have been better written.

this remote was purchased but was the incorrect one for my needs

My technically-challenged inlaws bought a tv without asking me or my fiancé first. They bought a smart tv that is designed to synch with a smart phone or tablet via the home wifi. However, the tv also came with a "dumb" basic remote with no numbers; only unmarked on/off and up/down buttons for channel and volume. They did not want the tv taken back to location they purchased it from (Not Best Buy). Instead, after hanging it on the wall bracket, we purchased for them this universal remote. It is very easy to program, toggle through channels with large lit up numbers, volume control and to toggle from the HDMI input ports on the TV. I would suggest this remote as a backup or replacement remote for any TV. It's so good, I am going to be buying the same one as a backup to my Brand TV.

This is a decent remote but I bought it hoping I could control both my tv and the cable box I have through my cable provider. Unfortunately I could not get it to work on the cable box so I’ll still have to hunt for two remotes when watching tv. If you’re just replacing a broken remote for your tv though, this would work fine.

Used it to control two different devices, a 28" Samsung over the bar in our game room and a Viewsonic 42" Plasma used as a PS3/PS4 gaming monitor. Display is beyond arms reach so needed to be able to remotely switch between HDMI inputs (PS3 on one, PS4 on other), and to control power and sound.

Bought this remote for my 89 year old mother-in-law. Easy to set up, big numbers, Works like a charm. Two buttons, volume and channels, up or down. Don't know if she will ever need the pre-programmed channels but has them if she needs them.

We bought this for our aging parents. It's simple and works great.

Bought this because it was 10 bucks cheaper then the entry level Harmony remote (on sale) had big buttons for in-laws and supposedly worked with their model TV. As soon as I took it out of package I was disappointed. Very cheap feeling. After connecting to TV, only the change channel button worked, and only in the up direction. Immediately returned for Logitech Harmony.

Great price value, downside key numbers too large, overall good remote.
