No Directional pad on this remote, I ended up returning this one to get the next model up that has direction pad. Still very buggy and I have to keep reprogramming it.

This was easy to set up and is a nice universal remote. It's big enough that it doesn't get lost easily, but not too bulky and huge like some remotes. Very useful. Would recommend for anyone needing a general universal remote. We only use it for basic items though, so I can't speak to its functionality with lots of high tech equipment.

This remote was very compatible with my tv. I had lost my remote and needed something with easy to read numbers and just to actually work on my existing tv set.

Liked it, easy to program if you can read directions, which apparently it takes me 2 times, but the directions are correct and I am satisfied.

I bought this for my 84 year old technology challenged mother-in-law. I bought it because of the back lit buttons and large button layout. Unfortunately, either the instructions or the device is severely lacking or maybe I am technologically challenged. I could program it to control the Toshiba television, OR I could program it to control the Xfinity cable box, but not both. No matter what combination of codes I entered would it allow me to turn on both devices at the same time with the one button power on. If I programmed the TV, it would work fine, but wouldn't control the channels on the cable box. And vice versa, program the cable box and it would try to change channels on the TV.

Very basic remote to control two devices. Code set up is easy and remote responds quick to commands.

I bought this remote for my grandmother as the numbers are big and the features are nice and basic. Great remote for older people or for older tv's.

I bought the same product and wanted to duplicate the controller to make sure everything worked the same. A good value for the use and price.

I would have given this 5 stars but the setup instructions were not the greatest. Once I got it setup it worked great.

Aside from the loud, kid-friendly color scheme, this is a perfectly acceptable universal remote for a TV.

This is a good device with a usable interface, but it should come with more explicit instructions

It works, as expected. If you need to replace a lost or broken remote, this one did the trick for me.

tried all the codes, but the remote didn't work, probably the fault of having such an old TV

Purchased this remote for my wife's grandfather, and couldn't have worked out better. He has arthritis in both hands and finds it difficult to use remotes as most tend to have buttons on the smaller side, have found this to be a great addition as he has been able to utilize the remote for his needs without the need of help from others.

I love my new universal remote control, I checked many reviews for remotes and decided to give this one a try I simply opened the package and followed the very simple instructions and had it going in about 5 minutes
