After two tries to get a remote that was compatible with our DVD player it works great. No more jumping off the couch to work the DVD player. Now we will keep the dogs away from the technology. :-)

Love the big light up buttons for my mother in law! Super easy to program.

Our first one was return it would not setup properly The second one set up fine. It takes a bit to get use as they are all different. This one even made adding cable TV to it fairly easy.

Setup was easy and can be set to control multiple AV components.

This remote is easy to use, buttons are large and light up.

This unit seems responsive and the directions met my expectations. Has a nice ergonomic feel. The search for a connection to an older tv and dvd player is always daunting.

Got this product as a replacement remote for the office remote that was lost. It appears to work well and the staff have not made any negative report have its efficiency.

set up was easy and integrates well with multiple devices. Could use a setting to put audio controls to the audio device only, but I should have bought a more expensive model

This was for a senior citizen and with the big red on/off bottom there was no confusion how to turn on and turn off the tv. Excellent job in the delvement .

Stopped cable and got Hulu. Hubby having difficult time using other remote. With this, all he has to do is push 1 button and bam! Easy pair to tv

The remote seemed fine. Easy to program and use, but the apple tv complicated things. could not turn on/off apple tv with it so still needed the teeny tiny slippery apple tv remote which was the whole purpose for getting a universal remote! It's an Apple tv issue, not this remote. Also, had to program the apple tv on the remote through the apple tv, NOT the remote itself. So, if not using apple tv then it's a fine remote.

I wanted to use it with my sony 5.1 home theater and it work fine,I wish it has more options to use for make the set up a little bit easier

Bought this for the pre teen who misplaced the remote that came with the TV. Paired with the TV without a hitch. Works great.

Very easy to set up as my cable remote. Have used it everyday and it works very well for my needs. I'm used to having 2 remotes (tv and cable), so it doesn't bother me to have to use 2. I think you could probably set it up to control the tv and other equipment as well.

I just wish it had more choices for my DVD player, but once I got it set up it worked well!

I have an old floor model proscan tv that’s about 19 years old. It still works but the original remote was beat up pretty bad. Went to Best Buy and bought this baby. It works beautifully! After years and years of universal remotes this one is the best so far!!!

Bought universal remote for tv and sound bar when we bought roku stick. Sound on tv not working. Haven't been able to figure out how to get it to all work together.
