this 40 in tv with dvd was a great buy and it came with free shipping .well pleased with this purchase.

This tv came in an undamaged bubble wrapped box. Took the new tv out and set it up. WOULD NOT work !!! Screen was all messed up. Looked like the LED may have scrambled in delivery. Or was defective from the start. Sent back. There was no on site store replacement. Online order only. Took no chances. Bought another in store TV not like what I wanted though.

I bought several of these to hang in bussiness conferance rooms. They are used for DVD disply. They are a good value.

This TV was just what we needed. It fits perfectly on the fire place mantel.

The television set was delivered damaged by UPS. I did not know until unwrapped 16 days later. I installed television found it was damaged. I was in Washington DC when delivered with 8th grade class. I returned television to have another 40" replace it. Best Buy did not stock a 40" any longer. I wanted, but it could not be provided to me. I then requested a full return. Best Buy told me they could only give a credit and not a full return because it was over 14 days. I called my credit card company and now in dispute. Not fair that they only had one tv in whole company. Just wanted my money back. Very unhappy how it was handled by counter person at Best Buy. When a company cannot replace an item because not in stock they should just hand money back, not credit. I was two days over return policy. Really.

Read some other reviews on this, not so good(ie. sound quality, DVD in the back, etc) minor , knit picking I say. RCA good quality, not movie theatre sound, but I do not live in a movie theatre. No complaints , happy all around with my purchase!

We needed a tv for the gym at home. This is great!

TV/DVD combos are very difficult to find in large screens. This unit fits the bill exactly and the price is right.

Picture quality is poor, sound is tinny. Would return but return policy stinks at Best Buy.

Returning product ASAP - I have a clock radio from the 70's that has better speakers than this tv!!! Do not buy unless you like poor sound.

This has to be the best tv that I have ever bought!!

This tv had problems from the plug-in. When muted, it hissed the entire time. It also would not load cable channels and we had to get a box from the cable company.

I bought this TV for my husband business and I can say he is truly enjoying it.

I like it I can see the tv better and my hushand like it very much

purchased it online waited ten or more days to take delivery then had to return it because it did not work.

It's a beautiful TV, the size is just perfect for what I needed. The HD picture is great (I have cable with HD channels). Very easy to set up with a HDMI cord.

Kudo to RCA, the picture and sound on this TV is great, it is bought to use in my kitchen and the DVD is a plus, this is the only combo TV with 40" in the market, all the other sizes are small.

The remote doesn't have a good amount of options, I couldn't get the camera angle display off my screen when I play a dvd. The dvd player would skip over a lot on my dvd. I wasn't to satisfied with the tv. I am going to take it back and get a different brand of tv.

I normally do not waste my time writing or reading reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to express my frustration. The TV ARRIVED 12 days after placing the order with a cracked screen. I went to the local store for a replacement only to find none in stock. The new one will not arrive until 2/5/2015. I am so angry with BB because I am the getting run around concerning being compensated for my time, trouble and inconvenience. I will remember this in the future when I need electronic items.
