    Bought this for my elderly mother as a Christmas gift. Selected store delivery and we transported it very carefully. Went to set it up the next day. Would not work at all and internal screen looked shattered. Reported to my delivery email, requesting resolution that would not require additional 40-60 minute round trips to the closest store. Several hours later received response that only said call customer service..unacceptable on every level. I've already gone elsewhere to buy my computer replacement when the store could not help me purchase the product I wanted to buy (and was something they carry). Needless to say, no longer consider this the go-to store.
