RCA Apple iPOD Dock / Alarm Clock

Which would have been ok, had it worked. It was broken. The iPod cradle would not extend from the device at all. Even the store clerk could not get it to perform. I was VERY unhappy. Luckily my grand-daughter, a wonderful child, understood. I returned for a refund. I however, was not so understanding!!! VERY unhappy. I was counting on this for a Christmas gift. There was no time to shop for something else.

I bought this to eliminate a plug for my IPhone...

Did not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was very hesitant to try refurbished but thought I would give it a shot with best buy and was very disappointed. It did not work and had to return it to the store and lost my best buy reward points that the store would not credit me back. Not happy with the product or the customer service on this.
