Fell short of my expections

The fact that it is amplified was of no help at all. When I unplugged it from the outlet the quality of reception did not change. The antenna arms are very long and must be extended all the way. We are less than 30 miles from the stations we trying trying to get.

I recommend getting a tv that has a cable box already built into it. One less wire to worry about. I've tried many antennas throughout the years and I've finally found one that will last.

Not sure if her house just is well built and blocks signals since cell reception is not ideal in her house either but will have to get an outdoor antenna to get local channels.
