Installed a number of these phones on Monday and enjoyed the loud speakerphone and nice ringtone, but after 5 days the phones stopped working. The phone would ring but it was impossible to pick up. Turns out lines 1 and 2 were blown so we plugged into lines 3 and 4 and it "worked" but we lost the use of the intercom and page function which is critical for our communication. Purchased a different phone brand and returned to Best Buy

Great phone and easy to use. No caller id and intercom speaker is poor. Get the 25424r1 instead. They price match.

I purchased this phone for the business that I manage because we need a multiline phone system. I thought it was merely replacing the very same model we had been using for the past several years. The photo and description looked identical to what we had, so I purchased this without hesitation, only to find out that this model did not have caller ID or a blinking display for voicemail messages, among other things. I am disappointed that I received less features on this phone than the similar model that was purchased over five years ago. Otherwise, this phone is functional and fairly easy to use.

The phone worked as expected. These phones work best when connected with other phones like them. (Within their series, up to 16 base stations work together as long as line 1 is common. Lines 2-4 can be different on different phones.) I would purchase these again if I needed another analog system. If you need digital or more than 16 devices, look for a VoIP system.
