I used it like 3 times and the battery no longer works

My sister recently had a small wedding ceremony and asked me to record the event. I used the Rode Wireless Go system and the Rode lavalier microphones, along with the Rode USB-C cable for Android. It was incredibly easy to use, everyone was mic'd up, the audio balanced and the video rolling within minutes. I was impressed by the audio quality of the unit itself and particularly with the built in EQ to reduce cutting during a loud moment with the audio, but I do recommend the external mic if you don't want to have to hold the transmitter up and talk into it. If you're going to use it for an event or a presentation, the add on mics make it easy to conceal it or position the mic discretely. I was disappointed that the USB-C cable that was included does not work to connect to Android devices, it only charges the unit and connects it to the computer. If you're using a mobile device to record video and want to monitor audio levels as you record, I'd say that the proprietary Rode Apple or Android cable is essential. Another impressive feature is the battery life which is stellar for a unit so small and there was plenty of memory built in, so we didn't run into issues there during the proceedings. The pastor and photographer were both impressed and wanted to look into getting their own. Buy with confidence!

I needed some mics to wirelessly connect to my GoPro and this was so easy to set up and test out! I haven’t had any audio issues while shooting videos since purchasing this. You won’t regret it

Great option for videographers. Purchased these to capture sound during weddings of the bride and groom and they are awesome! Crystal clear sound, easy to hide, easy to carry and good battery life. I have also used these to capture audio when making content and I’m just impressed with the quality. Much better than previous recorders I’ve used and at a great price.

Man don’t even get me started. these microphones are fantastic. worth the price for sure. the distance you can be from the main source is crazy. the connection is strong. the sound quality is amazing also. very easy to use and it comes with apps to modify it as well. amazing choice for upcoming content creators.

I was using a Sony wireless mic and transmitter ($$$) with a $250.00 Countryman mic. Wires everywhere and having to keep four AA batteries charged at all times became a pain, but it was what it was, I had no other option, until I decided to try this system out. It works perfectly with the Iphone 11 Promax using Filmic Pro. It works perfectly on a 2018 imac as an audio source for OBS, Quicktime movie recorder, Skype and other video conferencing platforms. You will need an adapter to plug it into a mac. It's really easy to figure out. The instructions included are quite terrible, but go to their website and everything you need to know is there. I can't believe how EASY they are to use. No tangled wires, great sound, two transmitters that can be used to record at the same time. I really like the clip on mic without having to use a lavalier mic. Sometimes in my recordings you can hear the lavalier wire rubbing on my shirt, which I didn't like, but this solves the problem.

The Rode Wireless Go II is an fantastic wireless microphone system. The units are small, lightweight, have long lasting batteries and excellent wireless range. This is the perfect mic to use with the Insta360 X3 when using the invisible cold shoe.

I should’ve bought these a long time ago! The charge seems to last quite a while even if you’re not use them and waiting to record an audio. Quality of audio is great!

Works fantastic, I got what was advertised and honestly a little more. You can’t go wrong with RODE in general. I’ve been able to use these microphones for so many different projects and I keep getting blown away with how simple yet effective these guys work! Clip one into the hotshoe of your camera and you’ve got a better audio for nearby/ambient recording. Very easy to clip onto your person without much of a hassle at all. I’ve used these guys for some good old interviews and they worked spectacular, beats using a big ol boom mic above the scene ! 10 out of 10. Super satisfied with this purchase

This works great. The main goal is for the device to connect to your camera, or phone and record the audio file with the video which is then saved on your device. The great thing is that you can setup the receivers to store a back up file. So if you are out of range, or something interfers with the signal, you will have an audio file as back up! Also, you can connect a lapel mic to each of the transmitters, so no need to have that bulky thing near your face.

Works as advertised, clips on to clothing just fine and quality of audio is great. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for and its worth it. Battery life is good. If you are using it to record a video on your phone you have to get the right adapter to connect the device. On an iPhone you're also going to need to purchase the "dongle" adapter as well. you can purchase all this at best buy but they might not mention it to you.

Just plain fantastic. I'd been looking around for some wireless mics. Decided to get these and I wasn't disappointed. They are fantastic. Take the time to get acquainted and you will see. I needed a wireless mic setup for some recording. They were easy to get going and the sound quality was very good. It can save recordings on the device itself. Just a download away. Range on these are good as well. Especially if there is not a lot objects in between. If your on the fence just get it.

I absolutely love these little guys. I'm used to using the large lav packs the size of a deck of cards with mic cables and it's nice to have such a compact little package. Being able to see the batter power and levels on the receiver is great. The absolute best feature is that the transmitters can also record 7 hours of audio so if I have an issue with my recorder I can go back to the transmitter and pull the original audio off of their directly. It saved my last project.

One of the easiest Lav mics I have ever worked with. The quality and sound are great. the best part is the ease of the setup. You can use as-is or like me, I added the rode wired mic so it's not the box on your neck.I do media for a car company that's pure run and gun and I can plug these into anything from my Sony A7siii to a Go Pro or my cell phone its that easy to get good sound.

I am a new youtuber and these are working well for my new YouTube channel. The noise is well and clear. Battery is long lasting and I like how two people at the same time can use this set. They are small enough to be discreet. I had bought some pretty cheap microphones from Temu and they were so static. You get what you pay for. These are great with my Insta 360 FLOW gimbal.

I really liked the Rode Wireless Go II system. It was easy to use and set up with my camera equipment. I also felt like the mics did a good job of not bleeding into each other. Having the screen meter is also makes the sound meter easy to monitor.
