I love the concept but this has to be one of the worst assembly designs ever. For one, it was difficult to put the thing on, and near impossible to remove it. The box provides you with instructions but they’re worthless and misleading. The only way to remove them is by force, and you risk breaking them by doing so, which eventually I did. If you want a permanent grip cover for your joy-cons then this is the perfect thing for you.

Best Buy had exactly what I needed the controller protector for my Nintendo switch it works wonderful and was easy to put on, it came exactly how I saw it online.

These things are really good for the price. They add a little support to the back side without adding too much size the overall switch. I was hesitant about them not being removable as some reviews have said, but after removing them from the shell and putting them back in twice now.. I can only assume those people have never taken apart anything plastic in their life. If you remove them, be sure to pry up at the joints on the top and bottom of the joy con. It really is that easy, I promise. The only complaints I have are: They do just barely fit in a standard case, so you may do good to get a larger case if you’re concerned about that. On the front side, the shell fits close to flush with the face buttons which makes them just a little more difficult to press, but it’s pretty easy to get used to.

The grips gets easy to hold after a couple mins of playing. It's definitely better than just trying to play games for long hours or so without a grip or handle on the go. But the caps don't feel right to me though, but it's up to anyone to have them on the joystick or not.

Case holds onto the joycons well and clicks into place. The thumb grips are really large, though comfortable. If purchasing for kids id recommend smaller thumb grips but for adults theyre fine, just bulky.

Got it for the thumb grip specifically however ended up falling in love with the controller grip, as it makes it much easier to hold the controller in multiplayer games and when I play with multiple people such as my siblings and my sisters fiancé, they were so good I in fact had to buy a second set for my other joy cons, an extremely underrated product. THE ONLY GRIPE I HAVE IS IT SCRATCHED MY PINK JOYCON, however this was more than likely due to my carelessness of taking them on and off, so just make sure you read the instructions first and are gentle putting the casing on.

Really good case for the switch joy cons! It fits perfectly and you can still use it with the dock. It adds a bit of weight but it just feels so much better to hold especially if you have big hands.

Perfect grip for bigger hands. The joycons are too thin for me so this adds a little bit of thickness and comfortable grip. Only covers the joycons so it’s definitely dockable.

Easy to use. Lightweight and easy to hold and use during game play. Worth the purchase.

I have, as a rule, avoided many products of the third-party variety when it comes to accessories for my video game systems. I have always been of the mindset that it is best to stick with products made by the company that released the home console, in this particular case it would be Nintendo. However, I wanted something to protect my recently purchased "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD" themed Joy-Cons. The clear top half of the snap-on cases are nice, as they protect the Joy-Cons without obstructing the visual design. The bottom half of the cases actually surprised me, as I was not expecting them to be sculpted in a way that they would add contour to aid how you grip the Joy-Cons in your hands! If there was one thing that I disliked about it, is the covers that go on the tops of the analog sticks. They are fairly rigid plastic, and the instructions require that you place them on and then twist the covers over the tops of the analog sticks, like you're tightening a bottle cap.

These are nice to have as an added protection. The only thing I don’t like is when I went to remove them a part snapped it’s kind of fragile in a sense.

I was looking for joy on grips and the clear case for the joycons so this was a perfect combo and it fits snug on the analogs and joycons, looks great and feels great too.

This is great if you are a gamer and do not want mysterious stretches to appear on your joy cons. Along with a glass screen protector, the cover case will do amazing at protecting the device.

The knobs that come with this are wonderful. I hope your thumbs get more comfortable for extended use. I like how the clear case protects the remotes from damage.
