Customers appreciate the antenna for its signal strength, ease of use, and improved battery life. The slim size is also a plus for many users, as it doesn't interfere with most phone cases. However, some customers have reported issues with reception and compatibility with certain phone cases. A few customers also felt that the antenna affected the phone's appearance.

I got this in hopes to get better service in some areas that I usually get very little. Keep in mind that I have a Mophie charge case on my iPhone 6 Plus which has a pretty thick backing to it. I was worried that this wouldn't be able to work through it. Once I applied it to the back of my phone itself. It made the phone harder to slide into the case but it did fit. And it seems to be helping some. At my home I get about -90 dB and after this was applied I now get about -85. Doesn't sound like much but that's around 5 times better service. For example, they say that -40 dB is full service and -130 dB is no service. Since dB is not measure linearly if you get -10 dB better than had you are roughly getting 10 times better service. Now, if you don't get ANY service at all in a certain spot. This will not help you. But if you are in an area where you get Very little service. This could help you to improve it. Remember You need some service to get better service. I reccomend it for people who have trouble making or recovering calls or if you drop calls a lot.

I've owend this product previously and and honestly it's worth having but not at all a "must have". I work in an manufacturing plant and it gives my phone that extra boost when I'm there but outside of that its ugly and takes away a from me carrying my phone naked the sharp edges and pointed corners beg for you to put a case on the. Device following installation.

If memory serves me correctly the advertising that was originally distributed with the ReachAntenna specified improvements on the Verizon and AT&T networks. I mention that because that specification is no longer mentioned in the ReachAntenna advertising and I have Sprint service. In other words, if you have Verizon, AT&T, or an MVNO on their network than your experience may vary drastically from mine.
I've set my iPhone to show the actual signal strength instead of the five circles so I can see immediately the impact of attaching the ReachAntenna. Quick primer, signal strength is measured on a scale of -50 to -150 with -50 presenting a perfect signal and -150 being essentially an unusable signal. The worst signal that I've seen on my phone before it switched to a slower radio (i.e. LTE to 3G) was -127. Prior to installing the ReachAntenna my Sprint LTE signal strength in my house typically sat at about -114, however after attaching the ReachAntenna my Sprint LTE signal strength increased to about -108 depending on where I was in the house. At the office, I also saw an improvement from a barely usable Sprint 3G signal of -115 to a moderately tolerable - 89 Sprint 3G signal. This was unexpected as ReachAntenna made no improvement claims in regards to 3G signal strength.
Additionally, the ReachAntenna adds about 0.5 mm to the thickness of the iPhone, so if you are using this on an iPhone 6s or 6s+ with a case that was originally designed for the iPhone 6 or 6+ (which is a slightly thinner phone) your glass front may be exposed.
The bottom line is that while the ReachAntenna did yield signal improvements, they just weren't significant enough to justify the price. Sorry, but the ReachAntenna isn't going to magically give you an LTE signal where there isn't any.

I followed the directions to set up, very easy. However, I;m not sure it works as advertised. Sometimes I feel it works well, other times I have the same issues as I had before buying this product.

My husband works in the oil fields and get poor service out there, I bought this for him as a Father's Day gift. Since using it he has stated that his battery life last a lot longer and he gets more bars on his cell, data reach was also increased so he was able to listen to his pandora.

This isn't a miracle that will summon cell towers that don't exist, but it does improve bars and reception where you have provider coverage (perhaps even improving coverage on that "fringe" of the city and countryside.
I testing with AT&T and T-Mobile SIMs in the iPhone 6 Plus and got much better service with both. Definitely not a hoax.

My iPhone 6s Plus had little to no reception in the lower level of a building. This antenna increased the signal by one bar. Not great but at least my phone rings now.

This antenna works just fine, but whoever purchases needs to know a few things first. First off, this does not create a signal if you have none. But does strengthen an existing signal. If you need service when you have none, look for Wilsons antenna booster or go to the carrrier(ATT, Verizon) and get a M-Cell.

I purchased this for $40. It was easy to install, and my phone case still fit with no problem. However, I really can't discern any difference! My reception is quite poor in my house, and I was hoping that this would solve that problem. It MAY be marginally better, but if I can't tell, what's the use?

We would like to connect with you to learn more about how you are using Reach Antenna, and how you are measuring your performance. It is important to know that we designed our Reach Antennas to be used (1) with a case and (2) also when held in a hand or up against a head. Reach Antenna performance is seen best when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also have better battery life because the phone isn’t working as hard to find and hold a signal.
We have tested Reach Antenna with independent labs and validated this as shown in a video we created documenting our testing. We would like you to view it as it speaks to your concerns about performance. In the video you will see live data with improved performance in real life situations, as tested by independent third party labs. You can see it at: http://www.reachantenna.com/drivetest
Please give us a call so we can work with you to be sure that you are using the product as we have designed so you can experience all Reach Antenna has to offer. You can reach us at 1-855-862-4090.

My wife has seen some very minor and occasional improvement in her signal. This could also be attributed to lessened solar flares. Personally, if I had a choice, I would spend the money on a half decent stake dinner. To be fair perhaps we are not seeing much improvement due to our calling habits. Someone else might have better results.

We are glad to hear your wife has seen improvement in her signal with Reach Antenna. Reach Antenna is tested and proven to be always working to strengthen your signal but it is important to know that may not always translate into more “bars” on your phone screen. Often times Reach Antenna performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also have better battery life because the phone isn’t working as hard to find and hold a signal.
Please know that there are a number of external variables that can affect your signal throughout your day and these include environmental factors like weather and the amount of people on the network where you are (network congestion). It is also important to know that we designed Reach Antennas to be used (1) with a non-metal case and (2) also when held in your hand. We would be happy to work with you to be sure that you are using the product as we have designed so you can experience all Reach Antenna has to offer. You can reach us at 1-855-862-4090.
