This antenna does pretty well to boost the signal strength so that I don't loose the signal while on navigation.

We frequent the beach where signal can be sketchy and this made no difference. It also, is advertised as thin, but I have the Mophie Juice pack and you to forcefully install it when this is attached to the phone. Seems like a junkie gimmick for $40! Really wanted to give it a try for a bit of time, but am now past return, so am out the $$.

I can't say that this product does not work nor can I say that it does. I get some signal I areas that I have had trouble in the past, but I also upgraded my cell phone when I purchased the antenna.

Definitely would recommend. Only reason for not the fifth star is they admit it isn't perfect with some cases.

The problem i have with this is that she thinks it works but far as i can tell its not reliable. She still has it. If you want to try it to see if it works for you, remember you have 15-30 days to return.

No Noticable Difference

However, I still get those dropped calls in the same spots and data speeds run the same. 2 stars for it working with the iPhone case and not interfering with normal functionality. Your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. This means that oftentimes performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to.

No Noticeable Improvement

It's slim form factor was nice as I was still able to use my iPhone case. However, there was no noticeable improvement in signal reception in either metropolitan areas (upon arrival or return) and after using it for a month, I still wonder what I paid $40 for.
