Not worth the money

After 30 days of use the antenna does not assist with increased signal in any way. I still loose calls in the specific area I needed This and still only have 1-2 bars of signal. Would not purchase again.

I get 1 to 2 bars, and was hoping this would imrpove my service to 2 to 3 bars. I mever noticed a difference in the nearly 30 days I used tis product. So I took it back to the store.

The reason for this is related to how your phone measures signal strength, and what it takes to give you a full LTE “bar”. A full bar improvement takes up to 10 dBs, which equals a very big 10X improvement in your signal! You can have a 2 dB improvement from Reach Antenna (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”.

I bought it for my iPhone plus and saw no difference in bar coverage. At work the dead zones where my calls would drop continue to drop with this so called wonder antenna. Save your money !!

Posted .Your true signal strength is measured in dB’s which are much more exact than the bars you see on your screen. dB’s use a logarithmic scale which is non linear like the earthquake scale, so it is important to know that you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5X signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. A full bar of improvement for your signal takes 10 dBs, which equals a VERY BIG 10X improvement in your signal. Often times Reach Antenna performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal. Reach Antenna is tested and proven to strengthen your LTE signal up to 1.5X, but it can’t create a signal where there is none.

Nowhere in our marketing materials do we state that Reach Antenna will give you extra “ bars". What we do say is that we strengthen the possibility for greater coverage with up to 1.5X stronger LTE signal strength.
Reach Antenna is always working to strengthen your signal, but that doesn’t always translate into “bars” on your screen. It is important to know that your phone’s received signal strength is measured in dB’s, and then translated into “bars” on your screen. The dB scale is logarithmic (non linear) which means that you can have a 2 dB improvement, giving you a 1.5X signal improvement, while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. The bars are also only an indicator of "received signal” strength, and ReachAntenna is actually improving both your receive & transmit signals.
