I had previously used a different antenna that did seem to help improve my coverage, but this antenna was a waste of money.

Overheat battery to my iPhone

DOES NOT WORK!

Tried it as I was traveling through several states, no changes to the service what so ever. I had read some good review... nope! Seriously, don't waste your time with and money on this gimmick. Met low expectations

This was not the case. No improvement noted at work either. You are better off using wifi calling if your phone supports it. I'm more disappointed by the 15 day return policy because I cannot return the unopened one I bought for my Husbands phone. 30 days seems more appropriate for unopened merchandise.
