    This item is extremely poor build quality and wood. Pre-drilled holes don’t always line up, wood parts come warped, bent, or cracked. When exposed to elements, it causes cracks that propagate through the wood. I spoke with little Tykes who said this shouldn’t happen but if you read reviews of other people on other websites, they’re generally not positive. Part replacements are offered but the unit has over 170 build steps and replacing some of the ‘broken’ or poor quality wood requires a complete tear down to get to some of the pieces. Out of return policy and have only had unit built and on lawn for less than 45 total days. Infant is 1 and hasn’t even used the playset and it’s already chipped, faded, and cracked. The winter freeze thaw cycle will destroy this. Do not buy. Bolts also come loose and require frequent retightening.

    This is a nice playset that's perfect if your yard isn't all that big. My toddler loves the swings and enjoys playing in the house and on the mini porch area. Definitely a nice quality piece.
