I put the back-up camera on my 2005 Dodge Dakota and works as advertised. The rear view mirror has a clear 4" inch screen that's clear and provides an excellent view of the area in back of the truck. The BEST BUY installer, Mike, is the best at what he does. If your going to have any install done at the Lake Geneva, WI store.......your in GREAT HANDS!!! Mike is professional and takes pride in his work.

Haven’t used the gift card for the geek squad service yet but the ability to buy the camera and pre pay installation is wonderful

This camera produces a good view behind my truck. Only drawback is during bright sunny days the picture is kinda faint. Works great at night.

I was provided excellent service in a timely manner. The associate is kind and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable as well. I was given a thorough review of what was performed and also explained any help and warranty available. I am very pleased with my item. So far it is working very well.

Installer did a good job was informative and very professional

The product was installed completely. However, it does not do what it is described to do. I have returned to Customer Service and purchased a new product and made an appointment for installation and removal.

My daughter took her car to get the backup mirror installed and the representative was helpful and nice to her. He called me with some questions she couldn't answer and that was helpful.

The agents were prompt and professional, and knew their stuff all the way. They were clear in their instructions and the installation worked perfectly.

I had trouble knowing how far away I was when backing up. With the camera/rear view mirror combo I now have no trouble. I recommend it and Geek Squad did a fabulous job of install.

I purchased a dash cam and paid installation fee later I received a callback from them and she told me that they don’t have that item in stock they refund price of dash came but never refunded my installation fee I called them several times but no help I went to my bank they also sent them request but still nothing really I don’t recommend Pasadena location

These guys are great. Very well trained and highly professional. They estimated it would take about 2 hours to get the job done and they got it completed much earlier. Couldn't be happier with their service.
