Needed a fix for changing TV channels thru a built in wall cabinet. This product was inexpensive, and gets the job done. Would definetly recommend this product.

This is used for our cable box that is in the attic. Just point and change the channel with out all the wires.

This product is great. My cable box was hidden with the addition of a larger TV in my room. Love it!

We purchased this so we could access the cable box in another room. Works great!

This item works great. Will work across the entire house and reach up two levels of the house. My only concern is that they only have one channel. I wanted to use two in my home because all of my components are hidden behind walls. You can only use one and If the people next door have one you might be in trouble.

Connected without hassle great for cabinets. Easy enough for a novice user

It does the job however the range is not as good as it is suppose to do. The receiver unit suppose to have red light, ours is working but the light is off. I guess we could return it but dont want to do the hassle.

Now no more arm stretching. I think this is a really great product

Product is great it allowed us to hide all our AV equipment in a cabinet and still use your remotes without any problems, simply plug it in next to AV equipment and close the cabinet. Plug other unit in hide behind the TV and you don't even know they are there. Fast and simple

This IR transmitter works great to operate my cable box in the other room. I split the signal from my cable box . So now the cable is shared on another tv in a different room. Now I can change the channel on the cable box that's in the other room.

A little bigger and clunkier than I wanted, but it works just as advertised.

Set up the transmitter next to my tv. Set up my receiver in the cabinet and used the three wired infrared cables on my three av devices that are in the cabinet. I have a uverse box, Yamaha receiver and a blue ray player. Reliability of the remotes is improved.

Our equipment is in our loft, but the TV is in the living-room. We didn't want all the wires strung from here to there, and the remote didn't quite work. To the rescue Recoton Infrared Range Extension System. Now our system is working the way we want.
