If you are buying this TV for gaming and to be used for your kids then go for it. Pros: loaded with tons of apps. Price Cons: Not so great viewing angle, average picture quality and lags changing between apps.

The idea that the government requires a mandatory recycling fee seems unfair. It is necessary to take electronic wastes to appropriate locations. If there is a fee then it ought to be refunded wheh it is recycled correctly.

I've had this for one month and the picture is absolutely terrible. I'm running all hdmi and have all the newest tech stuff, so no reason for such terrible images. Geek squad came to my house and said sorry nothing to fix, these are just that bad. These t.vs are only made for someone on a budget. Never again am I going to buy this brand. At least the store manager understood and exchanged it for a better vizio that cost more, but he said I would be happy. Still waiting on that delivery, but beware about this tv, if you can spend more please do.

I like that old products get recycled but, I don't think charging the fee at the time of purchase makes that happen.

Ever since I bought this tv, I've been having issues with it. Sometimes when I'm watching something it turns off, especially when watching Netflix.

These recycling fees are bad deal. I have taken old electronics to a recycling station before and either they don't want it or if they do take it, they are not giving you your 5 dollars back. So basically you are just giving someone 5 dollars for nothing and are wasting your time if you do try to recycle it later.

Not Really Best Buys' fault when the state requires you to charge for this

Yesterday my OPEN-BOX EXCELLENT - CERTIFIED purchase arrived- in pieces. I took it here. After about an hour I finally left- with my purchase dumped back in its box by the store.The manager could not find I was entitled to a refund. I left my name and number for any update. No one called.
