be aware that best but will charge you an extra $5 for any device containing a screen. ipads, tvs, etc. this is due to the state of California. Since best buy allowed me to provide an opinion, i will give an opinion and hope i get some reward points.

I am all about recycling. But what is this fee for? Usually, when this sort of thing is encouraged, it comes with some sort of benefit, not a fee. This seems really counter-intuitive, and just a way for the government to gouge the consumer.

CA recycling fee is a joke. Just another tax that we are forced to pay with no way to recover any of these wasted fees. We need to stand up against these so called "recycling fees" which are really just another tax.

I bought this TV during the black friday. I got the defected item. I had to call every day for a week to ask them for the return label and at the end they refuse to mail me replacement because of the price difference.

I'm not sure why I'm being asked to write a review on this but I will say that I think there's enough of an incentive for me to recycle already without having to explicitly pay for it still

I do not feel that i should have to pay a recycling fee when i have no items to recycle. There should only be a recycling fee charged when there is a pick involved with the delivery

I dislike that one is charged an electronic fee each time they purchase electronics when one does go to recycle the product for any reason, you do not receive the recycling fee back.

I use to love Sony product till I bought this Sony Bravia XBR 75x850c. Takes a lot of steps to turn on 3D. Don't even have app for Iphone remote control. Hate this f TV !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very pleased to have to pay this fee, and especially pleased to write a review about it. Not having a TV to discard I assume this fee is for the eventual retirement of this TV

You charge me a fee to drop off new TV. You don't take the old TV. Yet you charge me like you're doing something to improve the environment.

I'm very disappointed that I had to pay this fee, especially, since they didn't take my old tv. That's an extra charge !!! So, why the recycling fee?

I can't think of another item where I have to pay to dispose of it before I've even taken it home and opened the box. Too bad it's a necessity now....

Horrible product. It does not fit on any TV. You practically get nothing for this. It's not even made in the USA!

Just a way to get more money out of consumer. While I support recycling, I think this is an unnecessary cost
