I understand having a fee for recycling but i also dont.

why am I paying a recycling fee when I’m buying an electronic device? I’m not returning my old one. And when I do, I’m gonna have to pay to have it recycled. So I’m being charged for something that hasn’t happened yet and when it does, I’m going to have to pay more. Always disappointed in these hidden fees that California tacks on.

I can't believe Best Buy wanted a review for their recycling fee. Terrible that they are charging this fee to begin with and the fact I can actually write a review about is HILARIOUS!!! I highly don't recommend them charging these ridiculous fees.

I think the only thing I don't like about the recycling fees that I think I have to pay it other than that I'm down with recycling especially electronic products full of heavy metals

This fee should not be changed to the best buy customer.

It's a recycling fee...what else is there to say? This is probably the best part of the entire experience, TBH.

Seems like the charge should be paid, when/if you recycle a TV. But I guess that the governemt.

Recycling fee is a waste of money because you still have to pay to dispose of them at the recycle facility

Poor experience, i went to buy samsung but one of store sales person did lot of per motions abut tcl and i bought it

Boo, wish I didn't fet charged this :( maybe stop charging for your recycling.

Not really sure what this even is to be completely honest.

We bought this TV knowing that for that price we were getting a very good deal which is true for that price of $449 we couldn't go wrong for a 55 inch Toshiba TV with all the options that we would require since we're not frequent TV Watchers. We started having problems a couple days after the TV would just turn off by itself and then turn right back on and then it happened again a couple days later and then a few times a day or so later off and on off and on so I called Toshiba and they walked me through a process which didn't help so I had to take the TV back it's kind of hard lugging a 55 inch TV back to Best Buy but we did and Best Buy was very courteous about returning it and exchanging it for another one period so I know that if there are any other further problems that Best Buy will honor any returns within the 15 days.

Would like to see this fee reduced in the future if possible.

This is a wonderful TV with a brilliant picture. I love how easy it was to set up and hang (which was above a doorway in a large room). I have the TV hard-wired to the network and via HDMI to the cable box and apple TV. All great and easy to navigate. I do have issues with the SmartCast app. It is supposed to control the TV via a Bluetooth connection. I am using an iPhone 6s with the newest iOs but the TV simply won't connect to the phone. This was disappointing at first, but in the end, not a huge deal since I can do much of the same control with my phone within the appleTV applications and with the Comcast voice remote for everything else. All-in-all a great TV

Bought this as a large monitor. 40" is still a little too big. My field of vision barely covers the whole viewing area when sitting 3 feet away. Instead of using it like four 1080p screens, I ended up putting the main document in the middle and others on the surrounding, which is still useful. The latency seems high on 4k with HDR+. Some tearing-like effect when moving windows quickly on the desktop. I'd recommend a slight smaller screen for 4k monitor, but I'm keeping this one since the quality is quite good. Just have to get used to turning heads to look at the sides of the screen.
