Hisense isn't a brand I was too familiar with so I did some research and I am glad I made this purchase. The colors are great. I had a problem with another TV with the dark colors on the screen. I do not have the same problem with this TV. I like that it has 4 HDMI ports. The 200x200mm mounting pattern is also a plus because you can use just about any TV mount out there.

Still learning how to maneuver through, but has been alot of fun. Good picture great price.

This is a Recycling Fee. Seems like I shouldn't have to pay until I actually recycle it.

I love technology. But technology is not vital. So when we do get something it needs to fill a vital purpose first of all, and it needs to last so we don't have to replace it constantly. The warranty certainly gives that piece of mind that your product will last or be taken care of should something happen.

Lots of bang for your buck. Amazing how much one gets for the price.

The 48 inch Samsung tv has been great for the kids. The quality is excellent.

I'm very concerned about the environment and don't mind paying the fee.

Best Buy recycling fee it's not that bad especially when you if you want to get rid of a device quickly versus junking it through the garbage company you just might be saving more money I just bring it to Best Buy especially considering the size of the device that you bring

Picture is clear, sound is very good actually sounds like surround.

I recently bought this tv as a Father’s Day gift on the advice of Best Buy staff. The picture is great but I couldn’t really judge the sound in a noisy store. After having it for a few weeks, I can safely say this tv has the worse sound in a tv ever. It has no external outputs so in case you want to connect a soundbar, nope. So I emailed lg support and their response was, oh maybe you should change a setting to auto sound for better sound. That did not work and they even admitted that the engineering of this tv wasn’t the best. I pretty much leave the sound off and use the captioning. Don’t buy this tv as it’s the worse sounding sound ever, in fact, my wife says it sounds like an am radio. #bestbuyworsetvever #thanksbestbuy...

they were very helpful helped me out right away and off i went.

I guess I am ok paying for the recycling fee. It is for a good cause.
