REDS 2 is packed with the action & humor of the first one; the same actors come back for a new adventure. Retired CIA agents come together again in a movie that the critics didn't care for the audience will find entertaining! The actors & action are what make the movie. It's one I found enjoyable for what it is, action packed fun.

OK, let's get this out of the way - Anthony Hopkins just steals this movie away from his co-stars. No question - hands down. The cast members from RED are like old friends - you are familiar with them, you know what they are going to do, and you look forward to the trip. Catherine Zeta-Jones - yowza! David Thewlis - slimy good.

If the first Red was an A+, then I'd probably give this one a B+. It was good, entertaining, a fun way to spend an afternoon watching a movie, but there was just something missing compared with the original. Still loved Bruce Willis and John Malkovitch and the whole gang, and overall would still recommend it as a good movie.

I don't care much for sequels, but this one goes in a similar hilarious direction as the first. Bruce Willis reprises his role as the serious retired spy surrounded by his wild cohorts. You can't pass this one up if you have Red in your collection, you got to have Red 2

If you want a good fun movie that just has comedy and action all melded together, this is the movie for you. You know Bruce Willis started in comedy right? Well this is going back to that with a strong Die Hard feel into it. But it is John Malcavich that makes the movie. Must Watch Movie!

This movie has three "totals". Total fantasy, total fictional activities, and totally enjoyable. If you liked the original RED, you can't help but really like this one. If you've never seen the original, do yourself a favor and pick up both for a doubly good time. Just add popcorn.

The quality of the disc, box etc. was great and the movie was charming and funny with a talented cast, but there was very little original to this movie as compared to Red. It almost felt like they had no real ideas but they wanted to make a sequel anyway so they just rehashed stuff from the first movie.

For people who enjoyed RED, this will be a great sequel to the original. Bringing back the original cast allowed a nice continuation of the personalitites playing off against each other. While the overall plot is fairly common to movies, the script and dialog make for good laughs. Well worth getting.

Not very often does a sequel match the entertainment value of the original. This absolutely matches the original!! Some of the same characters from the original but new additions to the cast were necessary since some characters were killed off in the original

I was very intrigued with the first Red and Red2 delivers an even better story with all the quirks and laughter of the first one. The cast does an excellent job as well as the new comers. I wouldn't be surprised if a Red3 was in the works. Very entertaining and action packed.

I enjoy this king of action movie....it has a great cast, a good plot and lots of action. John Malkovich is a HOOT and fits in with the rest of the cast. I think Byung Hun Lee was a little much when it came to real life action or over action, but I still enjoyed his fighting scenes.

MY FAMILY AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE MOVIE RED 2. IT REALLY KEPT US CAPTIVATED! WE COULDNT WAIT TIL THE NEXT SCENE TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. IT WAS LIKE AN ACTION, SPY, MYSTERY AND COMEDY MOVIE ALL IN ONE! WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO LIKED RED 1!!

Good comedy even though it is mostly a serious movie. Would recommend to anyone that is a fan of the comic books or just a fan of good movies. Has an all star cast that really does an excellent job of portraying the characters.

I loved Red. Couldn't wait for the sequel and hoped I wouldn't be disappointed. Well, I wasn't. My favorite thing about both movies is the camaraderie between the characters and how well they blend together. If you loved the first one, you'll like the second.

When the original RED came out I didn't even see the previews. My wife took me and I was hooked. I made sure to keep an eye out for a sequel. This movie, just like the first, does not disappoint. It is well written, acted, and filmed. It is a must see / own.

Great story, but see the first one first to introduce the characters. RED stands for retired and extremely dangerous. It also stands for great comedy with lots of explosions as our heroes try to prevent the sale and detonation of a nuclear bomb.

Good action movie with lots of humor mixed in. Fighting, shooting, spies, and some twists and turns ( but not the gory, bloody type of violence). A very entertaining movie. This is a sequel, see the first RED before watching this one.

If you were a fan of the original RED you won't be disappointed with the sequel. Yes, the jokes are the same but that's not a bad thing. RED was original enough to keep RED 2 interesting. The cast clearly has fun with this movie and you will too.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Reds2. This film continues the adventures and wild political exploits of a misfit group of retired spies. The tongue and cheek verbal exchanges mix with empathy for the teams desire to "do the right thing despite all odds."

I am a big fan of Bruce Willis and I have to buy this movie for my collection of 4K ultra HD. Watching in 4K is the best movie experience you can have especially on a big 4K tv and with a 4K home theater system !!!
