Its great that this is a gift card to Red Robin. Only problem is that you CAN'T USE IT ONLINE. Super frustrating to be placing an order expecting to do a pick up or delivery and this balance can't be used. That's the whole point of purchasing an e-gift card. The description is very vague on this point... FYI, if you're buying this to place an online order, save yourself the trouble and buy a physical gift card which CAN be used for online order...go figure.

This is a really great way to buy and send giftcards. They are emailed to you and then you can easily email to whoever as a gift or just keep it for yourself. Whats hard about this card though is red robin only allows you to use it in the store. You cant use it to order online. So that makes it hard if you dont want to eat there. But other than that it works well.

My daughter loves this restaurant. We took her friends for dinner to celebrate her birthday. I didn’t have to worry about having enough cash to cover the meal
