Two cons - Nice box but nothing else inside such as warranty or instructions and at the time I purchased this it wasn't listed on their site. I have a couple of Razer products with lighting and I have continual problems with the lighting just turning off or changing my setting for no reason. I have to unplug the USB and plug it back in to get them to work again. This pad claimed to have 9 lighting modes and I thought it would have software to control it like Razer. No software! Just plug it in and it goes to the default of cycling thru the spectrum. There is a button you can press to change the mode to 8 specific colors. It has worked consistently and really added to my set up. The price is great compared to the other manufacturers that use faulty software and want $60. Bottom line, I highly recommend this mouse pad.

The packaging was not the great but the mousepad was. I was glad that their was no scratches on the mousepad but there was hair on it which I didn’t like. This is a good mousepad for starters.
