The fridge was defective since I purchased no water coming out from the water filter or ice and best buy until today I haven't get a call to have this fix or a refund

I purchased a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator and paid for delivery and installation. The refrigerator was delivered, and the old one removed but Best Buy needs to get customer feedback to make some improvements. First, the installers were friendly but seemed rushed because they were running behind for other deliveries. Our refrigerator was partially unpacked, and we had to remove the outer plastic coating and areas that were taped. We got a notification that the installers were on their way after they actually arrived at our home. This lack of notification required us to quickly unpack our old refrigerator so the installers could remove it. The installers did not adjust and level the refrigerator off its wheels to ensure that it was stable and fixed to the floor of our kitchen.This job was left for us to do and when we open our refrigerator doors, it moves forward and needs to be pushed back in place. We were also never informed about the operation and safety features of our refrigerator. Best Buy needs to ensure that their independent contractors hired to deliver and install appliances fulfill their responsibilities in a timely, professional manner and complete a checklist with customers before they leave. This was not done in our case, and I will be asking for a refund of the delivery cost with Best Buy. Installers of Best Buy alliances need to be better trained and customer friendly.

Had a scheduled delivery for Saturday 6/19/21 for a refrigerator, unable to bring box truck up driveway, rescheduled for Wednesday 6/23/21, with a smaller truck, showed up with same box truck so unable to deliver again, how did someone not see that coming, no fridge, called customer service agent unable to help asked to speak with supervisor agent stated supervisor talking to another client, requested to hold, was told by agent unable to hold, agent would have to send email to supervisor and they woul contact me, took off work today to be home for second delivery, delivery not happening, tried every best buy customer service phone number, apparently at 8:45 Florida time no customer service agents at work, there all happy when you pay, after that you are on your own, i don't no what to say big company sub standard customer service.

Careful, there are clearly some features on this page which at first-glance seem included, but in reality are either not possible or come with additional cost. For example, having the door swing reversed shows as "optional" and will be done if requested, but my installers refused to even do it! When I contacted Best Buy, they said it wasn't included and wanted another $70 to send someone out to do it, which is obscene.
