Fast installation. Very professional. They kept my home clean with foot covers. Did job quickly and correctly. Had to give 4 stars because this was rescheduled 3 times on their part.

I am satisfied with the appliances that I purchased from Best Buy. The sales person was knowledgeable of the product and was kind and courteous , it's very important to the customer to receive that kind of service because it determine if I going to spend my money in your store. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator and electric range. This is my first time buying a refrigerator with a ice maker, and water dispenser and it save me a lot of extra work and is very convenient

The plumber was a gentleman, very respectful, and told me what he was planning to do, how long it would take and asked me if I had any questions after he was done with the installation. He also told me what number to call and who to ask for if anything were to go wrong after he left. It can be stressful having things done when you don’t know what’s going on but this experience was good. So far, I’ve not had any issues with my new ice maker/installation.

The refrigerator is great! The installation took 3 different installers to finally get the waterline installed for the icemaker.

Robert and Larry were not able to install the water line because they needed a tile bit, but will install when I get my refrigerator. They did an excellent job installing the microwave and dishwasher. They were very efficient. They were professional and yet friendly. I had failed to empty the cabinet above the microwave and Robert did it for me and was very kind about it. You could tell they knew what they were doing and they worked very fast too. I told them I hope they are the ones to deliver my stove and refrigerator too.

Installers courteous and caring BUT, did not like BOTH...... taking toilet break in my home - that could/should have been done before arrival OR when they left to get needed parts.

Everything was great from my salesman to the installation . Everyone was so helpful and professional and did such a great job !! So far I am very impressed with my new LG refrigerator. I had a Samsung refrigerator before but I am really happy I got an LG .

Top notch service. Particularly the delivery and the set up. The team was professional, courteous and arrived earlier than expected. They kept us informed about the delivery from the start. I was very impressed and pleased because these situations can often be stressful and disappointing. I plan on making other appliance purchases these year and will be counting on Best Buy to purchase and deliver these appliances. Keep up the good work!

We had a good experience with BestBuy's New Water Supply Line Installation. Guys arrived late but were professional and quick to setup the new water supply line. Smooth process overall and we're glad we used their service.

The gentlemen that came to install my new waterline were very quick and efficient. They found a way to install the new water line, even though I don't have a basement.

The installers were quick, but left a lot of the work for me; namely, removing the interior tape and packing material and initial purge of water line.

Service was provided in a timely manner, and the guys were so friendly and professional. They tested everything to make sure it was working, and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new waterline installed for their fridge.

Was told a Certified Plumber would be sent to my location at the time of the purchase of my new refrigerator - Tech first called but I was in a work meeting so I couldn’t answer (I WFH), they claimed they were in my driveway but I have cameras all over my property and proved they never stopped by, they just drove by and didn’t even ring our Ring Doorbell. I called XPO (The 3rd party contracting service Best Buy gives these installs to) and she informed me they were still in my driveway (As I was standing on my front porch, and could see no one). She went back to the call with the tech and told me he would be over soon. This time he actually parked and rang our doorbell, showed him where the waterline was and he refused to do anything with it because the brass was connected to a PVC pipe and a Certified Plumber would need to do the job, so he left. I was told by Best Buy associates, both Supervisors AND Managers alike that a Certified Plumber was coming out and I “Had nothing to worry about”. This is on top of the same store telling us that we would get our new Fridge before Thanksgiving, which didn’t happen, then again before Christmas, which didn’t happen, out fridge just got here yesterday, so on top of all this, we can’t get our waterline attached to the fridge because Best Buy failed to follow up with their promises…. Just an asinine situation and no one at Best Buy is willing to help anymore.

Same installers who brought the fridge in the first run, came back to install water line that they were not able to install the first time. They did an efficient job in a timely manner. They were polite and friendly and professional. Water works great.

Our installation crew were fantastic! We had a difficult water line to install (through cabinets and behind the dishwasher). It was not easy, but the crew remained professional and diligent in getting everything right and properly functioning. We are grateful that we had a great crew and very happy with the resulting fully functioning refrigerator once again!!! AWESOME Best Buy!

I have had unbelievable trouble lately getting my appliances from Lowes. It's crazy how every step has been so difficult and anything that could go wrong did. I decided to try Best Buy when I needed a refrigerator and then the washer replaced and they have been AMAZING. The process was easy and every person along the way has been so helpful and kind! I would and will get everything from them from now on. Also their third party installers were so much better than anyone I've ever had come from Lowes.

The team that installed my water line for the new refrigerator was the absolute best. They arrived early, very professional, had the line installed in less than 20 mins. Checked to make sure the water was flowing smoothly. Gived a quick tutorial for the water dispenser and ice maker. Absolutely wonderful teamwork!!Ten Star !

The contractor hired to install my new refrigerator and dishwasher arrived within the scheduled timeframe. However, it did take longer than expected to install both items. Additionally the installers were not prepared when draining the ice maker from the refrigerator that was working. Had a lot of clean up. Also, the dishwasher has not been installed to correctly align with the cabinets. Now my refrigerator that the contractors moved does not work. Very troublesome
