I had to pay a plumber for installing my refrigerator because no one at Best Buy was competent enough to install the waterline. I had a terrible experience starting January 7. My refrigerator was damaged upon receipt. The guys who delivered the refrigerator didn’t not put the refrigerator back together, they left the plastic on so I had to call and have someone come back to remove the plastic and install the refrigerator. I’m currently waiting for a payment from Best Buy for paying for the installation of the water line.

Very happy they sent an appropriate team prepared some guys who knew what they had to do they brought their material they took the precautionary measures they did an excellent job thanks guys

Prompt service and very friendly staff. Been installed over 2 year and I've had no issues.

The installer did a very unprofessional job and refused to fix it. I refused the service (the installer then took it down). Through escalation and management the service was rescheduled 3 times but the 3rd party company no call/no showed for all 3 appointments. I’ve been referred to every possible way to resolve this through management, geek squad and escalations filed with no action regarding anyone showing up to my home to evaluate the problem and perform a professional installation. Best Buy, you can do better. Hire professionals to do your installations!

Purchased water line for my new refrigerator. However, it was only 6ft long and I needed a much longer line.

They arrived 1 hour after the 4-hour delivery window, claimed that they were not informed about my "advanced installation with new ice maker water supply" included to the order. I was offered first to pay cash -$100 to finalize the installation, I refused, then I was asked to pay cash $70, I refused. Then a person from the delivery company called me and I was forced to pay $130 with a credit card, otherwise they would not install my refrigerator. Finally, there was no any demonstration upon installation, so all those checked boxes on the form are false. This is a scam, which should not happen. Avoid this "advanced" service by all means. During this unpleasant incident I could not hold of anyone at BestBuy - I was referred to 4 different persons till I hanged up.

Third party Geek squad hired help. Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Came in went right to it and out in 30 minutes.

Water line wasn’t installed behind my cabinets. The line was runs along my kick plate, under my stove, and it hangs down. I also was told I can’t move my refrigerator or stove because I will break the water line. I suggested that they go threw the floor, because the water pipes are below the refrigerator.

I am outraged at the incompetence of this delivery service I have my old refrigerator sitting on my living room floor and thought we paid for haul away. They keep changing the appointment. Shame on Best Buy and the delivery service. Terrible customer service

Water line was installed incorrectly on the first attempt, it did not provide any water to the fridge. The fridge was replaced. The contractor returned and reinstalled the line, it was leaking within a few minutes of leaving my residence.

Well Best Buy came in and installed the wrong thing… never sent the right thing… won’t connect me to a manager… and now I have to take time from work cause they can’t fit me in on a weekend or afternoons. Can’t shut off my outside water cause they didn’t install correctly

It is so great to have a continuous supply of ice cubes! No clogged lines!

They damaged the frig bring it in the home, did not say anything or document it. Also installed without leveling the frig. Claiming that it has 4 wheels and not adjustable. So me reading install directions showed how to adjust the wheels to make level.

Put refrigerator in kitchen , didn't remove any packing, didn't level, didn't plug in and when they came back to hook up ice and water they used my copper line instead of the stainless steel line they were supposed to hook up.
