    Service people were pleasant and did the job quickly. Would have given 5 stars had I been told in advance that the job also required a regulator that cost an additional $100. When I buy a kit from Best Buy to have a water line installed, I'm lead to assume that everything needed is in that kit. Lesson learned.

    didn't go through crawlspace after hooking under kitchen sink and my kitchen flooded the next day. i was able to get someone else to fix.

    Install of water line to new refrigerator

    Didn’t clean up mess caused by drilling. Shelf was not replaced in cabinet and hanger for shelf was in sawdust. The hose they ran went thru middle of lazy Susan and now unable to use it because hose won’t alow door to open.

    This was a nightmare! Refrigerator was a gift but when it was purchased the giver did not know if we were recycling old fridge or if we wanted water line installed. Hence began the night mare. Telephone calls back and forth to the store number of times trying to get the arrangements right. Day of delivery plumber shows up at 8:00 am but no refrigerator yet and doesn’t plan to install the line as requested, he leaves. Refrigerator gets delivered around 4:00 pm but they have no order to recycle old refrigerator so won’t take it! I take the fridge apart carry out to my drive way, hire a guy to pick up and get rid of it. Best buy offered to pick it up for an additional charge of $149.00! I got rid it for $20. A complete disaster with the result being I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

    Super fast installation of new flex steel water line for new fridge. Took 10 minutes for the guys to take out the old line and put in a new line. Wish it could have been done same day as delivery but still a great job done. Thank you!

    Well worth the cost to have professional installers! Not only were they very knowledgeable about the installation, they very efficiently carried in this massive, new French Door refrigerator through a very tight space (front door), and connected the new waterline, which required additional pipe fittings and removal of some dry wall. They were both friendly and efficient. Could not believe that they were done in less than an hour, including removal of the old, side-by-side refrigerator. It would have taken us many hours to do the installation ourselves plus additional trips to the hardware store, not to mention we would likely have dinged the refrigerator and/or our front door just trying to get it into the house.

    Poor service for water line hookup

    I paid an additional fee for waterline hookup due to having copper waterline and potential to copper tube kinking. During installation it seemed a small issue to hook up waterline. However, after waterline was tested (all worked well) the refridgerator was pushed back to the wall and the installers left. I then tried to fill glass with water and nothing came out. I immediately called installers and was told there was probably air in the waterline but they would return immediately. Good thing, after continuously trying to fill glass (per installers request) I still had no water. The installers arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Pulled out the refridgerator and discovered a kink. This is why I paid an additional fee for water line hookup, to have waterline hooked up properly without any kinks. The kink was fixed, refridgerator pushed back to wall and tested. This time all worked well. Had installers tested the waterline after refridgerator was pushed to wall the first time the kink would have been discovered. All is well now, but the issue could have been avoided had the installers tested the waterline after the refridgerator was pushed back to the wall. I still would use this service but advise to check everything prior to installers leaving. Lesson learned.

    Same installer for Stove

    I wasn't happy with this installer. The water line got installed but his non professionalism was so obvious. He had two other installations that was suppose to get done. He only completed 2 out of the 3 and if i hadn't insisted it would only have been one. That day the stove and waterline was the only thing installed. Happy the experience is over and hope i never have to deal with such non professionalism again with Best buy installers.

    The one guy installed it great when I first got my fridge. The second didn’t want to do it because it was under the house that he had to get to in order to successfully make the install

    Geek Squad service personnel, were not friendly at all. I had to ask them to clean up their mess, as they were outside in their vehicle, getting ready to leave. Also, Best Buy changed my delivery dates twice, without my knowledge, and even waited 6 hours after my delivery time, to call me and tell me my refrigerator was not coming!! It’s the holidays and I have no refrigerator in my household. My family and I can’t purchase food for the Christmas Dinner, so now we eating at a friends house for Christmas. Oh yeah, my new refrigerator won’t arrive until January 10, 2019. I am completely frustrated with Best Buy, and I’m sure I won’t do business with them again. I’m an Elite Plus member, I’ve used Best Buy for years, and preferred the store rather than online shopping. This event has just left me sour with the company as a whole. I’m so angry right now.

    Did not put in the water line was promised and paid for them to connect the WiFi and set it up as well didn’t happened either

    Installers from SAAV are lazy

    The installers were from a third party company called SAAV who were to install a new waterline to be hooked up my the ice-maker of my new refrigerator. Well it looked like both guys who came over to install my NEW waterline just wanted to SAAVe themselves from doing any installation. They brought over a 6 foot installation kit, saw there was no existing water within 6 feet, told me to call a plumber to install a waterline, then left. They were at my home TO INSTALL A NEW WATERLINE so I was both baffled and angry when they left doing NOTHING. They told me they could only install the new waterline up to the 6 foot reach of the parts they brought. I was to find out later from Best Buy that because it was a NEW WATERLINE installation, the installers should have provided me up to 20 feet of waterline, could punch a small hole through a wall and should have been able to complete the installation. As of today I still don’t have a waterline hooked up to my brand new refrigerator that I bought so we could have filtered water and ice from it. Your installers SUCK.

    BEST BUY DID NOT EXPLAIN WHEN i PAID FOR THEIR REFRIGERATOR INSTALL THAT THEY ARE ONLY SENDING A NON PLUMBER TO DO THE WATER LINE INSTALL. A SADDLE VALVE WAS INSTALLED BY THEM WHICH THEIR INSTALLERS OF THE REFRIGERATOR REFUSED TO HOOK UP SAYING A REGULAR VALVE WAS NEEDED. HOWEVER THE SECOND WATER LINE INSTALLER SENT OUT BY BEST BUY WAS AGAIN NOT A PLUMBER AND HE CONNECTED THE UNIT DESPITE THE STATEMENTS OF THEIR MOVERS WHO BROUNGHT THE ITEM TO MY HOUSE. VERY CONFUSING.

    Installation was only a 2 star at best. The installers didn't want to level the product or take off the plastic. I made them stay and help me level it but it was more my doing than them. They didn't want to take the plastic off the product and told me they were instructed not to because of Covid?!? They also installed a washer and dryer for me but didn't want to install the braided hoses that I paid for because they were afraid they may break the spigots. This also meant that I don't have the steam functions of the dryer that we paid extra for. The installation of the waterline (which occurred later) was much better. This technician spent the time to run the line. When asked for advice if I should run the line through my RO system, he didn't really have an opinion. I was hoping for his expert advice. Either way, it worked out good.

    Fridge delivery- They were delayed and kept me informed of this delay. I have a horrible driveway and impossible front yard, but that is the only way in. The two gentlemen that came to install took their time to scout the area and find the safest way for them and my new fridge. After a bit of ice smashing, and road scraping they were able to bring out my old and bring in the new. They had it set up and running in minutes. As I had no previous water to this area, I has to pay an extra $137 to have the water line ran at a separate time, almost a week later. The water line guys (3 of them) showed up at almost 6pm, so sadly we ate our dinner in front of them- I was starving. Anyway, they had a system where the three of them worked like a well-oiled machine and got everything done in about 15 minutes. Impressive. Water line is out of view but easily accessible for any emergencies.

    The gentlemen were pleasant and efficient. I was disappointed that they didn't get the water to run to the ice maker but my son found the line wasn't opened.

    The men were super friendly and installation was quick and easy! This jnstallation went much better and quicker than our first experience of the delivery of the fridge with Branden and crew, which we shared with store managers. We are glad we allowed them to come and do it after the trouble with the delivery as it was 110% worth it! Brandon was honestly a nightmare at delivery and had us second guessing the whole experience. His partner Mekai (?) did a terrific job patiently training Bradley while dealing as best he could with the impatient and rude Brandon. It really soured our whole experience, but the managers, Jesus, and installation really made up for the bad experience. Thank you again!

    We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.
