The guys that can are great and respectful they know their job

Installation was fine but refrigerator was not leveled while they were there with a dolly to lift it by easily getting to the leveling legs

GE fridge is very nice & so far works well. The only fault I can find is the blue tape used to secure for delivery is very hard to remove & we still have 2 strips we can't get to!

Nice one and affordable. Is good if you don’t have alt of space and you like to buy freezing stuff

The delivery crew was prompt and Covid covered. Unfortunately, the interviewer left a piece of plastic on the top door closure which wasn't discovered until the following day and the door wad getting stuck open. Also, the doors were not leveled by the technician and we had to call to get instructions.

Took only seconds to install with no issues. Recommend this product

The two delivery guys said that changing the door to open on the opposite side wasn't included in our order. The site says its installed and ready to use. It's open for interpretation whether the door will hinge on the correct side. Delivery did change it

The guys that delivered the refrigerator were great. They installed the new waterline in a jiffy. They were very careful with delivery and got the refrigerator inside the house with great care.

I love the full width of the fridge slide out shelf in this refrigerator. I haven't used it for sheet cakes yet but platters of deli meat and cheeses could go in there or of fruits and veggies if they aren't too high. I look forward to using it for that. I like that it has two condensers and that it can be converted to be an all refrigerator top and bottom or that I can keep it as a freezer at the top and refrigerator at the bottom. All around I love this refrigerator!

The fridge is huge lol and they made it look easy. The installation was excellent and everything works fine, no issues at all

This freezer is very well designed and was able to fit down our stairway where many others would not. The size was a perfect replacement of our old freezer. We love all the functions and ease of use. The casters are very handy and do lock. The lower height makes easy to get to the bottom of the freezer.

Hook up was a breeze because I already had an existing waterline from my previous refrigerator. They had it installed in no time at all. No problems. Very happy.

I inadvertently purchased a refrigerator without an icemaker but did not realize that fact until it was delivered and set up. I returned to the Best Buy store and purchased an icemaker installation kit. I have not installed one before and was slightly intimidated until I opened the box and realized it was very easy. Just follow the directions! I also purchased the stainless steel connection hose which was simple to hook up. An excellent unit!

Our guys went above and beyond to care for us. They pointed out a dent that came with our fridge and promptly called to make amends. They also went out of their way to text us with a customer service number to ensure we were made good in the situation. Super friendly and gave a thorough walkthrough of our fridge

Installers delivered our LG refrigerator on time and in excellent condition. The installers connected the new water line to the existing water supply connection. They moved our old refrigerator to our basement and connected it to the electrical outlet. The installers were very courteous and took great care to keep from damaging the refrigerators and/or our home. We were very pleased with their work.

I was very pleased with the delivery of my small freezer. The two delivery men were well spoken, efficient and answered my questions. The freezer was installed and the old one removed. The entire experience was great!
