It took months for each part to arrive and 6 visits for the right installation team to arrive and even after that my refrigerator door was not installed right. They dented the door and then ordered a replacement door. Which they came and fixed today for the door to just fall off on my son when he tried to open the refrigerator. For the timeline the refrigerator were ordered in September delivery October 1st and now it is March and still installation is a mess.

I ordered a trim kit for my Frigidaire freezer and fridge, and scheduled installation through your service. Unfortunately, the installation was rescheduled multiple times—three times in total—only to be ultimately canceled without resolution. I was informed that your technicians are unable to install this trim kit. This raises a serious concern: why is this item being sold with the option of installation if your team is not able to complete the service? This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a solution—either by arranging installation with a qualified technician or advising on how I can proceed with proper installation support.

There has been three times someone has been sent to our house with appointment to install this item, three times been told “we don’t install them” three wasted appointments, three months we have been getting the run around. Nobody calls back. Nobody cares. Bring customer service back. We’ve had our new fridge now 3 months and still the kit has yet to be installed. My wife has been in and out of store, talked to I don’t know how many “mangers” and three months later still can’t be resolved. Hate to be the one to leave this kind of review at this time of year, but enough is enough. Frankly I have never had such poor customer service in my life, this after paying extra for a “special” geek squad service plan. Not asking for anything, don’t want anything other than the product we paid for installed and it can’t seem to get done.

The elite install company required multiple appointments and trips and had difficulty getting the job done right. My remodel product was delayed weeks because of them.

Best Buy NEVER completed the installation of the trim kit for the refrigerator. They sent out a crew almost 13 times…they had NO IDEA what they were doing. I finally said to hell with it, and paid someone $400.00 to install the trim kit. AWFUL customer service.
