I received the Apple Watch 10 Titanium Slate and the watch itself is great. The price was solid, the condition looks almost brand new, and the battery health is at 100%. No issues with the actual device.
The reason for the 3-star rating is due to the item description not matching what was included. The Best Buy listing didn’t disclose that the watch would not come with the original Apple box, an official Apple silicone band, or an official Apple charger. Instead, everything included was 3rd-party. While the watch works perfectly, it’s disappointing that these details weren’t mentioned upfront.
Just a heads-up for anyone buying refurbished: you may only receive the watch itself, and the accessories could all be generic. So please be cautious—refurbished doesn’t always mean you’ll get the original Apple items you’d expect from a brand new or open-box purchase.
