I absolutely love my laptop. I needed a laptop quickly but I had limited funds and luckily I came across this laptop that was small to carry and touch screen. I was a little nervous but the laptop came with great reviews and was in my budget. I haven’t had any issues since I purchased.

I just opened it. It comes with nothing except a cord. No instruction manual so I don’t even know how to turn it on. I guess I’m going to have to Google everything I wanna do with it..

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It works great for what i got it for. Great clear picture when streaming videos. Great graphics for mobile games. Very easy to use and set-up. I love that i can sync it my phone. Overall very happy with product.

We recently got the HP Chromebook for our child, and it's been a fantastic purchase. The device is lightweight, making it easy for our kid to carry around in their backpack. The battery life is impressive, lasting through a full day of classes and homework without needing a charge.

Great purchase! Easy set up, too! I love that i was able to log into my Google account and everything else just set up so easily. The touch screen is so smooth, too. Changing over from laptop to table is a easy as flipping the screen over. And it's light weight, too. I thought the buttons would be too small but they are great, too.

I was not aware that a refurbished laptop was what was purchased. It seems like it's fine. The Chrome notebook is a birthday gift for my special needs daughter. I wanted something easy for her. The notebook has a touch screen. She will be thrilled!

I purchased this Chromebook for my child. It has an excellent display screen and touch screen which is a huge bonus! The size is similar to the technology that's used at school. It's great to have this Chrome Book for homework, projects, etc.

This laptop is a refurb. The description does not mention that anywhere so beware. Laptop seems in good condition minus scratches in the outside. Was planning to put a cover on anyway so I guess I will keep it.

Laptop is perfect for a child/teen/student! For a refurbished unit it really is like a brand new computer, and our 10 and 14 year olds love them!

My family use it for many things they like how it is and wish to buy for everyone else.

When I originally ordered this item, I was not informed that it was a refurbished Chromebook. No where in the description OR on my receipt did it say refurbished. They were shipped to my mom's house, I didnt see them until December 23rd. That's when I saw the box marked refurbished.

The item sent was a "well-used" refurbishment. It wasnt even sold by BestBuy. No where in the item description did it say "someone else's broken piece of trash". Not to mention, BestBuy's support to get it ironed out took 20 minutes without an actual human. Do yourself a favor and buy one from NewEgg, Amazon, or straight from HP. Definitely not worth the price for a used laptop.

has some scratches on the cover, but the rest is in good conditions. have only used for a week but has been functioning well. I do wish the laptop would allow for a 4 digit password rather than a 6 digit one.

Since initial purchase, this chromebook has run very smoothly for me. All graphics have been high quality, and seeing that I only need this device for schoolwork and the occasional Netflix and Youtube, it runs relatively quickly for me with minimal lulls.

Didn't realize it was refurbished, however it operates like new. Great PC for the need.
