Purchased this to replace an ~11 year old HP EliteBook 8460p which was not upgradeable to Win11. In a more ideal world, I would have been able to add a built-in PIV reader. Regardless, the product was delivered promptly (ahead of the estimated date) and appears to be in fine shape. The packaging seemed reasonably modest but sufficient. My old PIV dongle still works and there is a slot for a built-in reader. So far it has met my expectations of providing an unobtrusive interface with the world wide web and my job's Citrix VPN. What's not to like?

I wanted a laptop just like the one I had used for work and I was retiring. This refurbished laptop made my transition so easy and it was affordable! I could keep using something I was familiar with and save money. I would definitely recommend this laptop.
