works great,faster then my friends, downloads faster and performs better

I got this refurbished because I was low on funds for the xmas holiday and wanted to upgrade from my 360.it looks brand new. No scuffs or anything on it . It was a cheaper buy than gamestop. I got it with the extended warranty and so far no issues.

I am always nervous buying refurbished but this console is like new! Easy to use, convenient, and fun. Would like it if it came with 2 controllers, 2 boys and 1 controller equals big problems and a new one is 60.00.

Xbox had some nice features, but it didn't suit us. Using the Kinect was hard in our home, because a toddler and a cat running around interferes with the sensitivity and function of the movement "reading" - plus there was a really long delay in "updating" the system when we turned it on the first time. We did purchase a refurbished one, but when we first turned it on it took the better part of an hour to "update" the system, and once it finally booted up the controller then had to update. And finally we purchased the game it took an extensive time to download/install as well. Once it was up and running, almost 2 hours later, the games were nice, but the function wasn't that smooth and it wasn't worth our time and effort in the end.

The entire experience went well, online order and pick up was smooth, Cyber Monday pricing with a half price additional controller was the best deal going. XBox One is a great system, 8 year old and I have been enjoying our time playing.

Console was great online shopping awesome. Control was broke had to return whole system. I bought geek squad guarantee and it didn't matter because I bought it online. Took it back and bought from GameStop.

The console worked just like new. The only problem was, that the box said it came with a headset and I didn't see one.

We decided to buy a refurb XBox and I'm very happy with the purchase. We saved quite a bit and the item is new. They say 'refurb' because the box might have been opened but there is nothing wrong with this one. Like new condition.

I'm excited about this console. My son wanted one for Christmas but he didn't want me to pay a lot for it...I hope he is as excited about as I was with the price. Just like new.

The only difference is the sticker, everything including the finish on the console and controllers was flawless, I would even venture to say that they fixed whatever hardware design flaws it had and is better than buying a new one

Refurbished unit saved us big bucks and was a great way for us to get an extra controller and some games for the same price as the brand new units!

I have got my son the Xbox one for Christmas it had been used before but we haven't had any problems with it he has not let us down he is literally on it day in and out and we got it for a great price we are very satisfied

This Xbox One is just like new! The only difference is in the box it is packed in and the stickers on the product. If you are looking to get the older version of the Xbox One (not the "s") then this is the way to get it!

Best gaming system ever if u don’t have one get one

this product is great for the price I wish I bought this instead of a xbox 360 the xbox one is a great product and already added games and external hard drive even though I pretty old I still like a good game

I was looking to purchase an Xbox One to play Rainbow Six Siege and Halo 5 on, as well as other games, but I didn't have the money to buy a new Xbox One console. I saw this listed on the Best Buy website and knew that it was perfect for what I needed. The console started up perfectly, and the only minor issue I have had was that I set the aspect ratio for the TV wrong, and thus cut off parts of videos when watching YouTube. I solved that by moving the Xbox up to my room and hooking it up to my VGA/DVI monitor by use of a HDMI-to-DVI converter. Have had no problems since, and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice Xbox One, but doesn't want to spend the full price to get a new one.

I ordered this refurbish Product as a Christmas present. It arrived on time, packaged well, no damage, looks like new and works like new. Also came with a one-year card for Xbox live. Solid purchase!

The Xbox One works great. It looks brand new. If you sit it beside a new one out of the box, you could not tell the difference in looks or in play. I would not hesitate to buy a refurbished Xbox One.

The refurbished xbox one was perfect, I normally buy used gaming systems for my son but you can tell it's used. This came nicely packaged but I did take to refurbished sticker before I wrapped it.
