Bought this refurb xbox for my 12 year old son for Christmas. He hooked it up himself then about 1 1/2 weeks said the sound went then it wasn't working right. I told him to reset all the cables and then box It up if it still didn't work because we had purchased the protection plan. As he boxed it he noticed he had not used the correct cable (idk didn't even look) and he set it up again and it has been just fine. I usually don't buy protection plans but I wanted one so instead of buying new with no protection, bought refurb w/ 2 yr plan. I'm satisfied

Why pay full bundle price? Only needed the console and it seems this is the way to go. Best Buy associate was very helpful.

I bought a refurbished X-box one and have been very pleased after having it for a few weeks. I have had no issues and it works as it is supposed to.

I bought this as a gift. I bought the day one XB1 and this was a gift for my little brother. Works great and he loves it. Exactly what I expected.

so far it seems to be working great. no problems with it being a refurb. but to be safe I got the 2 year warrenty.

I would recommend buying certified refurbished products. With the way technology changes so frequently, totally worth saving the money!

Buying a refurbished system has worked out just well as if it were brand new. The only difference has been the price. I had plenty of opportunity to play on my brother's system, which he bought new upon release. I haven't noticed any difference. I just had to wait longer get mine. As for the product itself, it's everything I hoped for. It certainly seems to boot up faster than the 360. The controls seem a bit more responsive too. Overall, it's an excellent product, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

I would recommend a Best Buy refurbished game system to anyone. It works just like new and I save over $120. What's not to like?

This was a great purchase. Love to play and use it for movie playing. Only wish I didn't have to download each game to play it.

Have been playing this since Christmas, and it's been great. I debated between this and a One S, and decided to go with this one because of the awesome price. Only two comments: there's a huge "refurbished" sticker on the top of the console, and when I first started it up, there were tons of system updates (over 1160 files, but totaling less than 2 GB). I'm not sure how this compares to new consoles, but it caught me off guard a little. All in all, I still don't regret this purchase at all though.

For a refurbished system it works great, no problems. My son mostly uses it and it is easy for him to use, he's 9 years old.

The game system is awesome Graphics are off the chart. it looks so good on my Vizio 4K TV which I also purchased from Best Buy
