I was a little hesitant on this due to the fact that the first Death or Superman Animated film took a different path on telling this legendary story. That being said, I loved this rendition of the reign of the supermen. Told a little different and to me, still not better than the original storyline comic but, an excellent job regardless. I was highly entertained and loved how this story was depicted. Very highly recommend!!

I feel like superman doomsday covered the same story with half the run time. The animation is good but I this is overall one of my least favorite dc animated films.

Not the best out of the superman stories, not the worst. Entertaining, but pretty much an afterthought after you watch it. a good rental in my opinion!

They changed 2 much of the comic book. If you never read any of the comics it will be good, but all the changes made it an ok movie

This does use the same characters from the comics, but things are tweaked quite a bit. Origins have changed, the story altered.

Not bad, but not spectacular either. I may have to watch it a second time as I fell asleep near the end. My husband liked it okay

If you haven't read the story. Here's your chance to see it in movie form adaptation. looks great. entire family sat down to watch. Story and animation was well worth the price. Watched several times and will watch some more. Story will never get old.

Great comic book movie!!! Lots of exciting action!! Cool to just sit back and enjoy!!!

This was a good follow up to the Death of Superman. Not as good as that but still not bad.

I went in with a bit of escepticism waiting to watch just “ a cartoon” and boy was i wrong this is a great way to relive those great storylines from the superman from the 90’s in the comics in “live action” so to speak, not the comic itself but a good recreation of those good old comics

PART 2, to the animated movie DEATH OF SUPERMAN, we got the death but now see the rebirth of superman and the new faces battling it out to take his spot until until its return, some good, and some evil, not all is as it seems

The animators did a great job in adapting the classic Reign of the Supermen story from the 90's and having it fit within the DC Animated Universe. While it lacks the emotional punch that I thought made the Death of Superman DTV so great, it was still very entertaining and a worthy sequel.

This is a great animated edition of the story of what happened in the comics after Superman was killed off and restricted. makes a great addition to the animated movies done by WB and DC Comics. Package includes a digital copy code too.
