Have two of these, one for each speaker. If you take your time with placement, gain settings, you can get these subs to blend in nicely with the mix. Remember, these subs shine for music and do a great job adding to the soundstage.

Oustanding, just what I needed. REL makes great products.

This sub is fantastic. Sounds phenomenal for how small it is. Love how it can be tame or crazy without missing a beat.

Has a great bass sound. Opted to get a wireless adapter, which allows me to place it anywhere in my theater room with the wires being an issue.

It did not preform. I don't know if I just got a bad one or what, but it would not produce much sound with out turning it almost completely up. I wish my experience would have been different. I had heard some many great things about your subs. I will try again.

This sub adds depth to your music. It integrates very well to your main speakers. Fast accurate and tonally rich. It never calls to itself. Amazing sub for the money.

Recently, I reached out to REL customer service for assistance repairing my T5/x. Getting a response took four business days and required calling internationally to the UK to get someone to respond. The response from Rachel/US Customer Service was kurt, indifferent and, frankly, arrogant. The cost to repair my T/5 amp repair is $340 which includes labor, parts and return shipping. This is for a subwoofer made in China and at an expense of half what purchasing a new sub would cost. Upon asking for some alternatives to spending so much on a repair (i.e. offering some loyalty discount on a new sub or other considerations), both the UK and US sales & service team went completely silent. It appears REL the end consumer is no longer the customer, rather the authorized dealers have taken center stage; which in a world of commoditized electronics makes no sense if your goal is long-term growth. I am thankful for gaining the true understanding of the REL brand. I have no idea why REL would want to gouge a loyal customer for repairs or blow off a genuine request for help. REL's lack of response to my service request appeared indifferent and arrogant; which is far from ideal for brand reputation, unless that is the goal? No one won in this situation. REL has lost a customer; plus another purchase from a would-be customer who, upon hearing my story, cancelled their Best Buy order. I need to purchase another sub and I'll be sure to let the Best Buy Magnolia manager know about my experience.

This subwoofer produces a very musical, fast, non-boomy bass that helps fill in the gaps if you own bookshelf speakers.
